I have been coming here for over 6 years. The owner ship changed after COVID and so did the service. The old staff was amazing and new their customers and were very pleasant. How ever now, you might as well buy a pizza from the grocery store and warm it up. The large over sized manager who doesn't look well kept herself wants to yell at customers because of a homeless issue in the area. She should look at herself and learn to be a bit professional. I can guarantee you it will go along way. She needs to go. I won't be coming back.

Ordered delivery on the papa johns website with a very clear address. The store employees entered the wrong address into door dash, which is on the other side of LA. They were not responsive to my attempts to ask them to fix the address.

I have called to this papa johns a number of times and NEVER CAN ANYONE speak English. One time they had a walkin customer translate over the phone. I have a credit on file for a problem with my pizzas and the manager left early ON A SATURDAY NIGHT AND LEFT AN ENTIRE STAFF THAT CANT SPEAK ENGLISH BY THEMSELVES, SO NOBODY COULD TAKE MY ORDER. THATS INSANE! FIRE THIS MANAGER AND HIGHER ANY ONE WHO CAN SPEAK ENGLISH TO RUN THE PHONES.

Got off work late and dominos had locked its doors even though it staying they were open. Went to Papa Johns and Joey informed me that the hours they have listed on the doors were wrong and that they were open until 2AM. He gladly took my order and my pizza was done in 10 minutes. Thank you Joey!
