I've been going to this location for years and finally decided to comment. The large classic pizza is getting smaller and smaller and the regular crust is getting thinner. Not sure if they're using the same amount of dough for large and medium pizzas but getting less dough and thinner crust than the regular crust is so disappointing. And, the driver made my last pizza - was he properly trained?!
The biggest problem here is employee morale or lack there of and turnover. Management needs to stop applying a bandaid (anybody to work) and think the problem will be solved, that is not working. If Management can roll up their sleeves and get hands-on, which would encourage teamwork and boost employee morale, and also stop overworking and under-staffing this location as employee burnout will continue the cycle of employee turnover.
I challenge management to cross train and rotate seasoned employees or leaders that's been with the company for at least a year to go to other locations during the busiest times to audit or assess, train and assist, and provide feedback to management. This is a 360-degree feedback concept that works which means, feedback will not only come from the supervisor, but even from a level below or better yet, feedback can come from every level if the system is established.
The poor girl, Srijana, worked overnight from Friday 12/26/25, until she closed the location in the early hours on Saturday, 12/27/25, and she had to open at 10 am the same day, because no one else was available, but she showed up hours later - already showing signs of an impending burnout and she'll end up leaving like the others. Most employees are nice and care in the beginning until they realize someone above them doesn't care about their wellbeing or work life balance. Please fix these issues from the top down. Please š

This location is fine; stays open a little later than the other 2 nearby locations (Culver City and West Olympic.) Food doesn't taste any better or worse than the others. The best part about this one is their online deals however sometimes they might get your order wrong. Around 11PM yesterday I ordered a pizza with buffalo sauce but got barbeque instead and didn't find out until it was too late.

i would leave zero stars if possible because after yesterday, the guy that works there was awful, wouldn't accept cash, tried to bullshit me with one story or another about about what was going on and why my order took over 2 hours and never showed up, i had to call them to find out anything, when i called he said your order is ready, i explained i placed it for delivery, he said oh let me check, then had me on hold for a few minutes, the rest of the call went in circles with him not helping, in the end he said either you can wait ten minutes to see if a driver shows up then cancel if not or cancel now, after i had told him i had no way to drive there he kept asking me if i wanted to come pick it up!

Didnāt even bother to cut my pizza. I ordered at 6:24PM and my order was supposed to be delivered by 7:03-7:13PM. I didnāt receive my pizza until around 8:03PM and you could imagine how disappointed I was when I opened the box after waiting that long and the pizza was cold and not cut.

Never order from this one!!! I walked in to order a pizza with the most positive attitude and a smily face. I wasnāt even in a hurry and it wasnāt even late. The lady there wasnāt in the mood and asked me if Iām picking up an order, said no just wanna make an order. she asked the other guy in there and came back to me and said sorry we have only Hawaiian pizza, still very positive I said ok which size, she said all sizes, said ok whatās price of each so i can choose one, then she said in the worst attitude ever āweāre busyā and that she doesnāt know and I should go online and check the prices and order. Well, I left. Probably a bad day for that girl, probably bad management, probably whatever, but I mean should selling pizzas be like that? Rather book a ticket fly to Italy eat pizza there and come back than ordering from that Papa Johns. After posting the review, I was curious to read the reviews of other people about this papa johns branch. which made me come back and edit(add) the following. Iām actually sooooo happy that the girl there behaved in such a manner which made me leave and go buy a frozen pizza from the supermarket next door and bake it at home. I am sure that it was tastier than their pizza which is according to others in the ratings, they got wrong pizzas, almost burnt pizzas, oversized and undercooked pizzas, no fresh ingredients. Well it turned up in my favor Leaving them empty handed. Again, donāt order from them, itās not worth it.
20/10 let me use the restroom please give them a raise they deserve the world!!!
