I placed an order. 30 min later I get a call saying the address is wrong (when I have been delivered before to this same address multiple times before), then the associate gets impatient and chooses to cancel my order (per manager) without giving me the chance to speak to a manager to solve this issue. And on top of it, my money will be refunded from 3-5 business days. Horrible customer service and outcome from something so simple.

Got my order in about an hour. Tracking didn’t work, so I called after 15 mins — they said it’d come in 15. Waited outside, nothing. Called again, the woman said she didn’t know when it would arrive and then rudely hung up. Cold pizza came 10 mins later. The woman was super rude. Not recommended.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Food took an hour to arrive and I live less than a 15 minute drive from the location. I had to call several times for an update on my order because no delivery timeframe was listed online and absolutely no one was answering the phone. When someone did finally answer, a woman said she didn’t know about my order and had to check and put me on hold for 10 minutes before the line disconnected

This store is literally 2 miles away from my home. Unfortunately, they do not offer a delivery option despite them being the closest store to my home. It’s a 10 minute drive with traffic. Just a little frustrating when you’re looking for a quality pizza vendor, enjoy the franchise but are inconvenienced when you have a busy schedule and can’t make the trip to pick up a pizza so you would like for it to be delivered and it can’t. Again, despite being the only one in close range to your home and being only 2 miles away.
The delivery was so slow and always late for half an hour. The service was so bad!!!

Awful experience, way too long to take my order. The cashier nasty service. I paid, minutes later they told me that they have to restart my order cause the card didn’t went through. I got charged on my bank . That’s when the cook said the order was in. They made me fell bad. I’ll give them 0 stars

This place depending on the time you go can be stressful it's way to small for the amount of people who come in to order the parking lot is super tiny and you will get blocked in door dash drivers are in and out this place and they come by the dozens and because it's so much wait times are long even if the app says 25min I waited an hour before I got my pie but in hindsight the pizza was really good lol
