I have always been a loyal fan of Papa John’s and rarely eat from other pizza chains. However, my recent order has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about food safety and hygiene.
In my pizza, I found both a completely eaten banana pepper and another one that had clearly been bitten. Additionally, while eating a slice, I discovered a sharp wooden fragment that injured my gum. This was extremely unpleasant and made me question the hygiene standards at your restaurant.
As someone who has always trusted Papa John’s, I now hesitate to order again after this experience. I hope you take this matter seriously and investigate what went wrong.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this pizzeria on a Friday evening. I placed my order online well in advance, expecting it to be ready on time. However, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes after arriving, with no updates or apologies from the staff.

To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration about the wait, the staff member simply told me to cancel the order if I was tired of waiting—without so much as an apology. This level of rudeness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

If you can’t handle online orders during busy times, don’t offer the service. Completely disappointing experience.

A pretty nice place, It’s a small lobby and only one bench. I highly recommend buying their stuffed crust.

They need at least two employees there. They only had one person running this location. He was nice and the pizza was good though.

My pizza was delayed for more than 2 hours, and I've been trying to call, but nobody answered. I want a refund. This has never happened to me before, and I'm not sure what's going on. I'm really unhappy. This morning, I found my pizza left outside, and I got missed calls from DoorDash at 10:50 PM even though my pizza was ordered at 7:35 PM. Nobody called to apologize or explain what happened. I'm not sure if they have new management. I've been ordering from there for more than 20 years, and this is the first time something like this has happened. I want my refund.

Mario was cool, however due to shortage of staff my order wasn't right.I understood this given it was new years eve.Been a customer now over 10 years.
