The food was excellent but the service was very bad. The cashier did not pay attention to which I was ordering and he took my incomplete order which I let him know but he told me that I had never ordered some potato bites

Terrible place and service I will never go back I even deleted my app how sad when I got my wrong order the guy gave me a bad attitude because I guess he wanted more money but I k know what I ordered with a good tip

The Calloway location in Bakersfield is the worst. They should be shut down, their little Cashier is rude…they say your order is ready and 55 minutes later it is not. I’m bringing home eighty dollars worth of cold pizza because they can’t figure out how to compete orders on time. I will not be using them again. I would rather go to Costco. This is sad because our theater used to use them all the time. While I was there I watched three door dash people walk out and cancel orders because of the lack of customer service.

I'd give less stars If possible but unfortunately I can't, I got to this location at 9:10pm and on Google maps it says closes at 10pm yet im still right in front of the location and the door is locked and the open sign is off. What a waste of time.

Papa John's is some of the best pizza I've ever had. That being said it's pretty expensive but you get what you pay for. And that special garlic sauce is great.

I received the food quickly but I guess I'm spoiled from growing up in New England. Nothing beats the pizza from there. But since we live in SoCal I cannot give over three stars for this pitzza.
