Terrible customer service. One of the women working here is extremely rude — she completely ignores delivery drivers, turns her back, and just walks away without saying a word. No respect or basic courtesy at all. Absolutely unprofessional behavior.

I ordered from this store through the website. They had previously gotten my order wrong twice - I asked for chicken, but there wasn't any. The third order, the manager was (obviously) pissed, and most likely thought I was just doing it for free pizzas. But thankfully, the third pizza was with chicken. I am writing this review so that hopefully, he doesn't get chewed out completely. Thank you to the GM of this store for following through even if you didn't fully believe in me.

unbelievable Papa Johns. yesterday i ordered ultimate pepperoni pizza for my daughter's birthday party, extra large, with delivery through grubhub it cost me $36 and guess what NO PEPPERONI. ZERO. ZILCH. I ordered again, AND THE SAME THING!!! The receipt stuck on the box says ultimate pepperoni but no pepperoni on the pizza! how ridiculous is that? twice!

They need to be wearing gloves ! Went in and a man with scabs was back there with doughy, naked hands ! The other two workers weren’t wearing gloves either . Place doesn’t look very well maintained.

I was picking up an Uber eats delivery, and the food was not ready. I just glanced but did not touch a box that was sitting on the counter and the man working there was quite rude to me saying that that’s not your order and it’s not ready I am of the opinion that if somebody is coming to pick up, the order should be ready and they should be more polite to the Uber drivers so that’s why I’m leaving a bad review
Customer service is terrible ! The inside of the restaurant is so dirty ! Tools on the ground and on the tables were they make the pizzas i’m definitely not returning

Had a great experience with their customer service. The delivery driver ended up not delivering my pizzas. Called the store and spoke with Carlos who is one of the managers and he was very professional helping me out with getting fresh pizzas made and delivered as quickly as possible. An exceptional manager helping out his customers. He followed up with me to ensure I received the pizzas.
