I needed 28 large pizzas to provide Saturday lunch for roughly 70 guys on our construction site. I called in at 9:30 (AM) knowing this location opened up at 10AM, and to my luck, the manager picked up.We expressly worked out a plan over the phone, and Papa John’s executed it on time. The pizzas came out great, with boxes labeled and sealed - the guys were very happy. The manager even helped me carry them to my car.P.S. Dominos turned me away, saying orders of more than nine pizzas were too many to accommodate with such short notice.

This location won’t deliver more than a mile away lol. Absolutely ridiculous. A MILE?? ???Know who *will* deliver over a mile? Pizza Hut. Do better, y’all.

Came by midnight and the guy was drunk and took half an hour to make a pizza, complaining about orders in the app and his work.
I usually like Papa John’s over other delivery pizza places however last nights food quality definitely underwhelmed us. It was absolutely awful and is going into the trash instead of having leftover pizza which is always the reason to order a little extra for later. The crust seemed stale and yet doughy in the middle at the same time. I asked for well done to avoid this and it was doughy. Cheese and sauce were acidic and overly greasy and the toppings were barely noticeable. The wings were not even cooked all the way they were pink inside and I had to throw them out. I tried calling the store and no one answered even though they were open. Maybe they just didn’t care to do their job “shrug”

Very fast! They always deliver and cook fast. Often times they have to wait for me to be ready. They also offer very fresh ingredients and make sure to follow my order exactly as I need.
Well sometime when you order a papadia. They don't put any chicken inside it's like two or three pieces of chicken that's . I ordered from this place all the time I don't appreciate them doing that me. It's like a hit in the mess. Sometime they do it right sometimes they don't . I don't know I guess it's the different people that work there. I guess they think they own Papa John's . All I can say is please do better. Whoever the manager is here talk to you employees. Tell them to put the right amount of chicken in the papadias.

Placed an order and received an email and message saying my order was ready for pick up. Get there and manager asks me to wait 6 more mins. Stood there and after 6 mins he tells me he gave my order to the driver and to wait another 15mins. From the time I placed the order to the time he told me that was over 35mins. I'm on lunch. By the time I get my food now would make me late. So no lunch. What exactly is the point of pre ordering again? Would not pre order anything from them if you're on a time constraint if I were you.
