Great pizza but it took 30min to get my food after I pre ordered 20min ahead. Whoever own this branch needs to hire more people. This is not the first time.

You may get lucky with the food here but generally they don't cook it properly.
As other people have said it's often undercooked. Like they put small toppings like Canadian bacon under big toppings like salami and then cover it all with cheese, with the little time that pizza oven gives it anything between cheese and outer layer of dough has no chance to cook through.
The papa bites they also just make a big roll with cold toppings inside bake it from the outside, nothing inside gets properly baked then they just cut this roll and serve it, no individual bites are made and they're all undercooked inside with wet dough.
But again you may get lucky sometimes and the ingredients are good Papa John's quality.

We just ordered pizza from this establishment and the service is top notch! We ordered on-line. The app let us know each step of the process and notified us when our order arrived. The delivery driver was professional and courteous (he delivered to a hotel and made sure to bring us plates). The pizza was delicious! Would highly recommend anyone ordering from this establishment!

I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats from Papa John’s (5654 W. Manchester Ave., Los Angeles, CA), and it arrived completely undercooked. The dough was raw in the center and inedible. When I contacted Uber Eats to report this, I was told that they do not offer refunds for issues related to how food is prepared because it’s up to the restaurant.
This response is unacceptable for a service that charges delivery and service fees. Uber Eats should hold the restaurants on their platform accountable and ensure customers don’t pay for food that isn’t edible. This experience has made me question whether I can trust Uber Eats for future orders. Poor service and no resolution offered—do better, Uber Eats.

I Place A Carry Out Order Over Phone , Within 5 Minutes Of Me Getting There The Store Call Me Asking For A Payment ? I Told Them I'm 3 Minutes Away From Picking It Up , When I Got There My Order Was Not Ready ??????? I Was Late For Work Because Of Them Not Making My Order !!!!! No Compensation At All !!!!!! That's Not Cool !!!!
