The service here is horrible. I ordered delivery for 2 pizzas when the delivery guy arrived he didn’t have change my total was $25 I gave him $40 he didn’t seem like he knew how to count because he only gave me $5 back I told him you owe me more money and he then said he didn’t have change. I told him I would just call the store to work things out I have not been able to get in touch with anyone! JUST HORRIBLE

I’m addicted to the cheese bread here w/ the garlic butter dipping sauce. It’s always really fresh. Unfortunately I am deducting two stars because they always forget to put the garlic butter when I order it. It’s one on my favorite parts & it’s on the receipt. Unfortunately I can’t correct it myself when ordering delivery. Happy to change my review to 5* if they can finally get my order correct. Would love to continue ordering with them, but if they can’t get it right I will be switching locations. Please check your orders, so I can cure my craving. ???

The absolute worst. Placed an 8 pizza order for a party at 1030 for 1200pm delivery. At 1230 I call and of course no answer. Leave voicemail and get a call from their customer service saying the online order never reached the store. As soon as he said that I remember I had same experience a year ago. I asked what he was going to do to make right. He said reimburse my money in 3-5 days. I said that doesn't make me happy and how about you complete the order and offer me refund since it's 45 min after delivery time. He said it's up to store manager. You can read all these reviews and know this location is an absolute joke. It's ghetto AF and nobody in there gives AF. I've deleted my PJ app and will never be back. Thank you Dominos for coming through in a pinch today. Glad you got my business going forward.

This place sucks do not come here!!! THE STAFF DO NOT USE GLOVES TO PREPARE THE FOOD AND DON’T CARE IF THEY COUGH ON IT THEY CONTINUE TO PREPARE FOOD. The staff is very rude and called me d*** and a bad client. The food they prepare isn’t that great either compared to other Papa John’s! DO NOT COME HERE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY UNSANITARY!!!
