Worst service I've ever experienced. Did an online order for a scheduled time. The Pizza NEVER SHOWED UP. What's more, the store refused to speak on the phone when I tried talking to a manager. They would put me on hold and hang up or just not pick up. I've never had this awful of service from anywhere. To just take my money and then ghost me. Avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered barbecue wings and pizza folds by phone order. Food was ready on time and I paid and mistakenly received the merchant receipt so I couldn't put in my Papa John's rewards receipt number online. I called Customer service Christline and was told that She was sorry about the mix up but the policy is that one must use the original phone number (my land line) to get any reward points which didn't make any sense to me because the original phone number was my land line and I was traveling and used my cell to order. I called back and happend to get the Manager Jesus in the Sepulveda store and I told him the story above and he apologized for the mix up and offered me a discount next time I came back in. Jesus then called me back the next day with the number that I needed for the Papa John's reward program so the I could get my reward points. Thank you Jesus for going above and beyond to help one of your customers..You are what Papa John's is all about....

I came to buy today, Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 12:58 (noon) and the lady who helped me has a horrible character, it seems like she was asking for something free. Manager of this place put this lady in another work area so she feels better because at the cashier it seems like she wants to run to the customer instead of being friendly. I gave 5 stars for the man who was making pizzas, he came over to see if everything was okay and very kindly told me that my order would be delivered in a moment. Of course the pizzas are good

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Do not order from here. I ordered a pizza from here, the crust was basically burned. There wasn't even any sauce so it was dry. It was almost humorous how terrible it looked. The taste was mediocre. They gave me thin crust that I didn't even ask for, I wanted regular. Never again will I order from here. This place is a joke! Don't waste your time or money. If I could give negative 100 stars I WOULD!

If I could give them -100 stars I would. The pizza is not bad, however the service and operations are awful! I was charged for a garlic dip that should be included. The next time I went the Garlic dip was included. One time I was given someone else pizza and when I brought it back I was told there is nothing they can do because I opened the box. I told them how else would I know it was the wrong pizza? Sorry, nothing we can do. One time they accepted my coupon, then time from the same paper, "we are independently owned and don't accept outside coupons." This Place is a absolute mess. Beware before you order from here.

I attempted to order, but My call to order for delivery is routed to the Philippines. That's not cool. I had to give it up, They did not understand anything I needed answers for.This can't be real.
