The service is really bad, the cashier's attitude is very, very poor and rude. I wish they had better service. This place doesn't deserve the price they charge.

Food was good, tacos, consome, and the OG Papa with Birria was solid. Papas are limited so if you get there later in the evening, may not have any. Church's for desert hit the spot, only drawback for me because I drink a lot is no fountain drinks or refills.

Im impressed! I didn't expect birria tacos from a chain to be thia good and the prices are okay in my opinion. Son tried the chicken and asada tacos ans liked them both. I let him have some of my muleta and he ended up eating the entire thing. Loved the consome. Everything was great!

Came here with the family reasonably priced quick service The food was actually really really good.
We had a little of everything. The only thing is if you're not into spicy food I would avoid the berea beef. That was my only complaint.
Also a plus Halal meat and chicken is available.
They also have a really nice outside seating area sit down and eat.
My favorite was the carne asada tacos!

Loyal customer. Messed up my order. Forgot my churros you would think they would refund your money but no they want you to come back that day(out of our way) and offer nothing/ maybe the churros on the house for the inconvenience mind boggling. Make sure to open your bag before leaving the store

Update: apparently they now charge if you want green salsa. You can’t just ask for it instead of red, you’ll get charged. Interesting.
I LOVE Papi so I hate leaving anything less than a 5 star review but I just have the worst experience with staff at this location. I ordered consome and they didn’t give it to me so I said I also got consome. The guy who rang me up insisted that I didn’t. I went back and forth with him for a whole minute because he felt it necessary to argue that I didn’t order what I order ever single time that I come here and what he nodded to when I did order. So he got it for me and told me to stand in line and have someone else ring me up for it. I stood for like 10 mins in a long line to basically correct his mistake and now my tacos are likewarm and soggy. I get the things happen, but I’m here multiple times a week. The least they could do is just give me what I ordered.

It was good! The outside seating was clean and had a warm fireplace in the middle. The tacos were very tasty, and the amount of meat was great for the price. I’ll definitely go back. The staff was very friendly :)

These tacos were so good that we came back twice in 24 hours…. The next time i’m in california this is going to be my first stop as soon as I get off the plane. They were absolutely incredible. Chefs Kiss. Full of flavor but not heavy on sodium.

Service was average, but the food absolutely steals the show! The carne asada burrito and the “OG” burrito with consomé were both outstanding—rich in flavor, perfectly cooked, and incredibly satisfying. Definitely among the top 3 tacos and burritos I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
