The Asian male, assuming owner was so rude. Apparently he prefers his clientele to be white, based on other reviews here. . So rude from start to finish. No tip, no second visits. You wanted me to leave quickly…Mission accomplished. Coffee was meh, ok! I told him he should let me finish my question before he cuts me off one more time … “what’s the wi—“ “we don’t have wifi!!! Girl bye !

Hidden gem tucked in Little Ethiopia. Small venue with 3 tables and a few extra seating. Great coffee roasts that rotate throughout the month, so it’s nice to try different demographics of coffee beans. Croissant and baked goods are displayed in the front with a nice varietal. Definitely try the most popular: Ethiopia Yigacheffe or the Tanzania Kilimanjaro!
Parking: Not necessarily for groups or family due to small space

Great pastries, warm atmosphere, a wonderful part of the neighborhood. Seems the owner loves to run this place in his own personal manner. Always has a great jazz soundtrack playing
Same experience as other reviews here from people of colour: short, cold, unfriendly, borderline rude.

The owner has a great product but is consistently rude to me for seemingly no reason. But it seems he really perks up with his white customers... As a person of color who lives in the neighborhood and has tried to give this place a shot multiple times, I’ve always left with a bad taste in my mouth after he’s responded to my questions with curt condescension. I thought maybe it was just me, but it seems other reviewers have felt the same. If you’re going to be a non-Black person with a shop in the heart of Little Ethiopia, maybe treat your POC customers with the same kindness and patience you seem to afford others.

I will not buy coffee anywhere else if I can help it. I drive here from a few cities over just to get this coffee. And the croissants... omg!

The customer service here is non existent. Thought i would give it a second try as I live close. The barista was about as cold as an iced Americano.
