I purchased a strawberry croissant and sourdough breakfast sandwich. The strawberry croissant price was $4.99 but it was rung up for $5.24. I told the cashier why is it more, she goes and checks. She takes the price away and proceeds to tell me that the price that it was marked is wrong. She never adjusted the price nor did she offer to warm my sandwich.
A few months ago, I was in Paris Baguette at Wilshire and Wester. I purchase coffee and pastries. Because of the customers behind me, I rushed to move away for the next customer. After leaving the store, I realized I had lost my bundle of cash wrapped in a napkin. I rushed back to the store and asked staff members if anyone had turned in my money. One of the staff, MARI, heard me and asked me what I had lost. I described it and she went back to get my money. I am 67 yrs old. This...
This location has lot of variety but seems to be under staff today. I dropped a star since the slice of 🌈 cake I got had a piece of wax. Ek.
