Disgusting service . I ordered a sheet cake for my daughter bday and they booked a regular cake and I had to panic last minute ….the manager does not care or did not even try to solve the issue …I ended up buying another cake last minute ….don’t go here

It is the first time I have consumed it and I honestly thought the price would be worth it, but very disappointed with the drinks, I bought hot chocolate and a pumpkin spaice latte and 3 desserts. But a disappointment, the hot chocolate was very tasteless, it had more water than chocolate and my coffee was also very tasteless, it had more water than coffee and milk, uff, it's my first and last, even my children were also disappointed. And besides, they didn't even give me my receipt. To tell the truth, I recommend Starbucks the most, it's the best.

Went to buy a small coffee they ring up as a americano which is more expensive asked why are you charging me for Americano when I ordered a small coffee cashiers excuse was we don’t have any brewed coffee. This is not right should have asked me do you want a Americano instead!!!!

Very bad on the part of the employees yesterday I tried to buy a cake and when I went to pay for it I had a 100 dollar bill from the old ones and they discriminated against me that's why they didn't want to take my money saying that they couldn't accept it because it was a seriously old bill. It is legally from the United States and it is stupid that they do not accept it because it is old, very disappointed in that since my daughter did not eat cake on her birthday, they have to learn that money is real, it does not matter if it is an old or new machine, the machine is always It detects what is real from what is fake, no matter how old the bill is. It is legal money in the United States, therefore they should not act against it.

This is an amazing place to get a breakfast sandwich or pastry to get your day started on a fantastic note. Of course the food tastes amazing but the cherry on top is how sweet and patient Ariana (hope I spelled that right) was while helping us during our first visit. There’s so many great places especially in a place like Los Angeles and with people like Ariana I will definitely make the drive again. Thanks a million

Little coffee and bakery shop good for a quick bite. Not many tables for seating and doesn't look like tables get wiped down much as there seemed to be only two individuals on staff. Think Starbucks but with better baked good options and sandwiches and fewer staff.

I ordered this for delivery through Grubhub. I chose the Chicken Caesar Baguette sandwich. It has a nice spring mix, the mixed chicken Caesar, tomatoes, dijon mayonnaise, and all on their baguette. This was way better than I expected. I understand that these are not made on the spot and are premade in the morning. That does not even matter to me because the sandwich was good from the first bite to the last. The baguette was great. Not chewy, still crunchy from the crust and soft on the inside with great flavor overall. I wish bacon was an option; I think that would take this to make it perfect for me. Paris Baguette has been becoming my favorite go to place for sandwiches, coffee, and pastries (their cheesecake is fantastic) and other goodies. I could not recommend them more than I already do for someone looking for a quick bite to eat that doesn't break the bank. Will continue to order and come here. I wish they had a location in Burbank, but since I work in Downtown Los Angeles, this works.
