Excellent in all categories! We have ordered for our staff, and EVERYONE loves the delicious Mini Fruit Bites and especially the magnificent huge Baked Cookies!!! What a hit! And to top it off, rich Lavazza café!!! Can't get any better and, in particular, thank you to the wonderful Paris Baguette staff who are courteous, kind, and accommodating!!!
This Sunday afternoon, a long-haired boy provided poor service and was unkind.Poor service.
The music is so loud inside the cafe!
its so difficult to have a conversation with someone or be on the phone for a quick call! if you charging 5$ croissant , 6$ lattes the least you can do is let the customer enjoy that drink for 5min! i should have checked the loud levels inside , my ears started hurting , the outside traffic/homeless yelling noise was calmer compared to the inside.
if you dont want customers to sit inside, have the guts to mention it instead of playing coy!
Everything was very delicious
I went to Paris Baguette at 9th St. corner Los Angeles St. I like their bread, but the coffee is wanting. The coffee is only warm not hot. Also, they need to have Stevia in their condiments not just Splenda.
excellent customer service, tasty pastries.
friendly staff and very good pastries !
They have the best service!!! Workers are good and the food and drinks are top notch!! Greatly recommend this place
Atmosphere here is stale, the barista totally ignore my partner's greeting at the register. When asked to warm up the hotdog pastry, it was barely heated with the hotdog on the inside cold as if it came out of the fridge. They ran out of items quickly and the drinks are the same price as other locations with less expresso. Better to just go to the other location 3 blocks a way for better service and food. Will not revisit this location. They could benefit from some additional training.
When P.B. first opened including this particular one, service was better and in general, more generous. During covid they decided not to give coffee refills which all of the PB's in the area had always given refills but for some reason stopped during and after covid. Also, this particular PB's no longer offers decaf which I like to get half-caf or even full on decaf but now they said their decaf maker is not working? Unfortunately their prices have gone up but almost everything has but like other places, a much higher rate than inflation. Also noted, the coffee is ok not great and certainly not in the league of a Peet's or Philz, just an ordinary ok coffee. I will say their pastries are very good and very fair priced. Lastly, it seems the employees would rather be anywhere else but at their current job, or at least at this particular PB. In all, when i'm working in the area on locations it's quick 'n easy but would rather find a better place.

I ordered a ham bun but received a croissant instead. Tasty, but not what I wanted. Please check orders more carefully.
I went their with my family and the place was so nice. I have been wanting to try a new place and I found this place really nice to go again. My mom said she liked how nice the girls working their answer all questions about the food and coffee. I thought it was nice they said it in Spanish for her so she can understand better. Don't get me started how good the food was and my favorite part was the strawberries on top of the chocolate cookies 😋 was so yummy.
This is my first time trying Paris Baguette. Will definitely be back to try more. Loved the customer service as well.
Food was great and the workers were very welcoming
