Nice place to sit and have a quick bite. I came in out of the cold afternoon, the cafe was nice and warm. The seating area is large. The sweets offerings are plentiful, but they only a few savory offerings. I took my time deciding what to get. The employee was really nice and very polite, Adam I think is his name. The croissant I ordered was okayyyyy, but would come back based on the service. Give Adam a raise!

The Young male worker isnt aware of his rudeness and pays more attention to his phone than customers. If you ask for candles you'll most definitely not get them if he's serving you

Rude staff especially the woman, nonchalant. I was ordering my pastries instead she would rather count money on her cart. No smile or any greeting, I didn’t enjoy my cake in there.

While not the coolest most hip place Paris Baguette offers excellent pastries at a much more reasonable price that the other places in Downtown LA. Blue Note while beautifully and simple design does not compensate for lousy pastry and mediocre coffee and worse service. So this place is the Everyman's everyday place to go. They should turn off the bad music though, enough noise already to nomlisten to bad acoustics.

Came here with high expectations... thinking that it will be the same menu and vibes as the PB from Salt Lake City UT. Highly disappointed to see that their menu items is quite different... for example this location has no Coffee Croissant Donut (see second picture). The egg tart and the fruit tart were not that fresh and the Almond Croissant was cold. For a franchise brand, is very disheartening to see they do not have same menu and quality across all their locations. At least the server was nice, as in he apologized (even though was not his fault since it is not his franchise) and skipped the tipping screen. Atmosphere is typical of LA... homeless and dirty people wondering around, making the environment less hygienic and safe... but I guess is more to be taken against city policy rather than shop owner.

Rude Staff!!! I come from Germany and I pay mostly at the bakeries here with cash so I went there to grab coffee early in the morning with cash and the was super rude to me and asked me to pay with credit card and I left my credit card in the hotel next to this place ... so the scene was embarrassing and she asked me to throw my coins and cash away :) I didn't throw them away. I brought them to Germany with me as a token of American courtesy. :D

The way the establishment looks and the stock cakes are good. but why I won’t come here anymore is because of the attitude of the saleswoman at the checkout, no greetings, no smiles, an arrogant attitude that everyone owes her. work on your staff.
