This is my daughter's favorite restaurant. I hadn't visited in a while because I was unhappy with the quality of the meat during my last visit. However, I believe they have improved it and the meat is excellent again as of December 8, 2024. The soybean stew was also perfect, just as it has always been.
Parking: They provide valet service for a fee of $6.

Parks bbq is the quintessential Korean bbq experiance in Los Angeles. Food was incredible, great starters, meet was fresh and delicious. Waiters were awesome, super attentive and always there to help with cooking. Fun environment with Soju filled laughter all around. Would definitely come back and with lots of friends.

Awesome experience. The chefs cut sampler is delicious and plenty of food for 2-3 people. All the cuts are fire and the presentation is really nice too. Unique sides for a kbbq place.
Service is excellent. They’re very attentive and cook everything for you. $5 valet parking too.
I get why it’s on the Michelin guide, definitely would recommend and will be back.

It’s not even worth giving 1 star I recommend it rather than having to endure the harsh treatment. The manager's attitude towards customers is very poor.

No more outdoor seating, long wait time to be seated, manager will personally meet with guest that have made reservations. There is valet, good luck trying to save money to park somewhere nearby(it doesn’t cost much considering how much you’ll spend on food). Online menu has not been updated since they do not serve all drinks listed. Lunch - Non responsive staff, freshly made food, awkwardly get you to leave although the place is never full at the time. Dinner - Extremely attentive staff, quick service, host may vary on attentiveness. Staff may be very fun with a group seated next to you then quickly change their attitude with you. Parties of less than 3 may get seated at a 6 person table during a dinner rush which is ridiculous. The side dishes change depending on the day of the week and I must let you know those side dishes are left out for an hour before you sit to dine. Salad portion has decreased and drastically has the meat, japchae and cannot confirm about soups. Recommendations: Kimchi pancake, short rib, and steak, cold noodles. Since this is a high end kbbq, do not order the bulgogi (portion for 3-4 people btw) I have gotten sick due to the shrimp getting cooking on a meat grill, once the cook did not switch the grill (very upsetting day) I have never been charged for leftovers I have attached a recent picture below of Gal-Bi

They don't seem to care about elderly people at this place. We went here with my disabled grandma and they didn't check in on us at all after they brought the food out, even when we tried to flag someone down it's like we were invisible. Then when I asked for the rest of our food to go, they refused. Completely soured our experience. So I give this place 5 stars for the food, 0 stars for the service. If you want to wait around and be ignored for an hour and never get your drinks refilled then go here I guess.
