Unfortunately, I think I’m done buying from your company. And I’ve been buying from them for more than 14 years. I became a fan whilst serving on the USS Nimitz and we had a Livia 90 in the Wardroom. My Livia 90 has been to war zones with me, providing my Sailors with a wonderful espresso, and I still use it every morning. The maintenance department appears to be holding a grudge over issues with my Livia 90. It’s a long story but it was their mistake and now they won’t...
Big fan of this store, their customer service level, and the general purchase experience. Espresso can be pretentious and intimidating. The hobby can cost many $k, and of course, everyone wants to make sure they're making the right choices and investment based on their skill level and ambition.They understand this and fit their recommendations on equipment, accessories, and beans into your palette. I felt very taken care of there. Will happily recommend to anybody.
