I loathe terrible customer service. I literally just left there and the cashier had a piss poor attitude. She was rude and dismissive. Her less than professional disposition as a food services cashier is unacceptable. I just don’t get it. People make a decision where they work, so she made the choice to work there, so she signed up to deal with the public and that should come with a friendly and pleasant attitude. I asked for a bag for my food and she threw me the bag and I asked for napkins and she gave me two…I ordered a large pizza. Really two napkins. Ugh…Major Suck!!!What happened to excellent customer service. What happened to taking pride in doing an exceptional job. I guess it went out the window. It’s like get a job as a mortician because the dead don’t care if you’re rude.Zero Stars for Monday nights cash register worker!!!

I went for the first time and did a long line it was a girl in the are were you suppose to order your food but she didn’t ask me nothing. She look at me and turn around to keep doing some packing orders, so I keep going to the register where you suppose to pay. I stand in there for 30 minutes until the other girl ask me about my order and I was so confuse about it. The she explain me how things work in there. Is very bad customer service, for people who never being there is very confusing especially if the young girl that is taking orders is not very friendly and helpful. I just walk out because by the time I look behind me it was a long line and I was hungry.

Awesome Italian place! Very rare to see a real Italian spot in LA that is not pretentious/over-priced with tiny portions. Big portions here, lots of options, and a great blend of pasta and pizza! Nothing else like it in LA. You feel like you’re back home in NYC! Imagine Sbarros but real food and way more options and you’ll get a good idea of this diamond in the rough. For the true foodies, not the snobs! ?

I just called over the phone for a penne pasta with pink sauce and I got barely any sauce of who knows what with the pasta on top. This is not only not what I ordered but a mediocre representation of what a meal from a restaurant should look like. I would’ve checked my order if I was the one picking it up but sadly that wasn’t the case and I’ll be happy to call and complain but sometimes the time invested and struggle makes one lose their appetite.
