Honestly? Probably the best pasta I’ve tried so far in LA, followed by Bacetti and Angelini Osteria. If I’m craving authentic, perfectly al dente pasta with impeccable sauce - I order from here. I can only imagine how much more delicious it would be to dine in and get it straight from the kitchen!
Favourites: pasta bolognese, pasta arrabiatta (with added burrata), pasta black truffle. Highlyyy recommend going with pappardelle for the above sauces.

This pasta is the greatest pasta I’ve ever had. And I’m from NY/NJ. We got good food out there. But oh my lawd this was pristine grade A. My wife and I got the pappardelle bolognese, the arribiata tag and mushroom pappardelle. The owner was a sweetheart and the focaccia was unbelievable. Recommend to every human under the sun. 10/5 stars.
