Old school diner with basic food charging way too much. Waitresses were extremely nice, but food wasn't worth it.

Finally tried this place after driving by for years. So glad I did! Love the casual diner vibe and everything was great. Best of all, they have patio dining that allows dogs. Will definitely be back!Parking: Small parking lot, but free street parking.

Vibes here are thru the roof good. Biscuit was a little dry but I'm wondering if it's the time I came (hour before close). Potatoes are spectacular, perfect crispy husk and nice touch of bell pepper. Gravy was a little flavorless unfortunately, only big disappointment here. It's about 15% too expensive but at least portions are LARGE.

Great service. Great food.Bathrooms very clean but should be inside the restaurant. Curtains should be tied to each side and washed regularly.Kid-friendliness: Server acknowledged the children.

Really overpriced version of a small town diner. Server was super moody and slow. Food and coffee was way too expensive. First impression with the atmosphere was good, but we left really disappointed. I'm from a small town where a diner like this is the staple, and this just felt like a really disrespectful knock off. Probably was awesome back in the 70's and 80's, but now it's just lame.

The most mid place ever. Went here for the first time after YEARS of driving by it with my mom on a Saturday. We were sat outside and we got some coffee, absolutely watery not good. Our biggest issue were the prices! $20 for an omelette plate. That's insane. Even in more upscale restaurants in say Los Feliz or Silverlake an omelette plate of a better caliber even would be $15 at most. Honestly I can say it was a good AMOUNT of food but it really didn't have much flavor and didn't really satisfy me. 2 people one plate a person and coffee for the two of us was $53. That's really expensive for what it was. Honestly just go to Delia's. Half the price for better food and absolutely no nonsense. Also the food took forever for some reason even though for a Saturday morning it was not busy at all.

If I lived in the area, this would be my breakfast spot. I came from out of town and had the best pancake and biscuit ever. So good. I'd come here just for those 2 items alone. I had the chile verde omelet and it was bomb as well. The portions are huge. Worth every dollar I spent. The atmosphere is very homey and the place is family owned and operated. Service was great and attentive.

It’s one of those historic places that serves really good food. I must try for breakfast foodies. For those that may have sticker shock it is not cheap, but what would you expect when you’re paying for really good breakfast?
