We just went to a show at the Samueli center and the pre show brunch was catered by Patina Catering. All four us were blown away by the delicious food we ate I.e., quiches, bacon, roasted potatoes, croissants, scones, juices, tea, coffee, etc. I just wish they had a local cafe where we could continue our noshing!!
I just want to take the time to personally thank Chef Ed, with whom I had the pleasure of assisting at the Formula 1 race, Las Vegas, this past weekend. This man has high values & knows how to hold the kitchen down thru excellent leadership & high work ethic. Nowadays this combination is a rare commodity as most only do enough to get by without caring about the next person's feelings. He was also humble which I hope rubs off on those higher up on the chain of command...
I have had the pleasure of working with Patina Catering at a number of our events at Honey Bear Events. From weddings, to galas to small private dinners in our client's homes and they are always extremely professional, talented and fun to work with.
