Food was ok. Way too salty for my liking but service was great.

This place came highly recommended to me. I was pleasantly surprised at how authentic the food tasted. Honestly, one of the better spots I've been to in a while and so happy I gave it a try. The family style dishes on the menu are delicious and reasonably priced!

Very authentically localized Cantonese food.

75+ years old restaurant. The food is great, and staff also speaks Cantonese.

萬壽無疆 styled plates and cups are a nice touch

Paul’s Kitchen has changed drastically over the years. Their customer service & food is not like it used to be. You felt welcomed, greeted by a staff member and your leftovers were always packed up by your waiter without asking. Yesterday, 7/19/25, I took my aunt and a friend for the first time to Paul’s Kitchen and we did not have a good experience. The Kung Pao Chicken had no spice to it, the Egg Foo Young tasted gritty with no bean sprouts, the Sweet-and-Sour Chicken was not coated well with the sauce. The only dishes that were decent was the Chow Mein, the combo fried rice, the Barbecue Pork and the Egg Drop Soup. When it was time to leave & our food to be packed, our waitress brought us styrofoam plates instead of the traditional Chinese boxes. When I asked our waitress about the Chinese boxes, she whispered and said that the owner didn’t want her to use those. However, I noticed they were being used by their Spanish and Asian customers. This did not sit well with me and I complained about it and because of that I was given the Chinese boxes. I also noticed that a family that was seated behind us was a mixed race family, a white woman and a black man were also given styrofoam plates for their leftovers. In addition, our waitress did not pack our food like the Spanish and Asian customers food was being packed by their waiters. I complained about this too, and the waitress began to pack our food as well as the customers behind us. This is unacceptable mistreatment and I would never be back to Paul’s Kitchen ever again.

This place has been reestablish with a crew that doesn't follow original recipe so sad. I will not go back. My dad was the mailman for this business back in the 60s and 70s and knew the owner but now it's nothing the same
