Paul's Kitchen needs to let it go. Went for my birthday this past weekend ordered pork fried rice with extra green onions, shimp egg foo young and sweet and sour shimp. Mind you I've been to Paul's Kitchen back in the 1980s and 90s, recently saw a post on Facebook made me feel good seeing that they was still up and running. My mom use to love Paul's myself as well. But the food wasn't as good today in 2025 as it was back in the 80s and 90s. The fried rice had a dark color and the gravy on egg foo young tasted burnt. And don't remember sweet and sour shimp being like what I got. What happened to the bell peppers and onions they use to put in it. Not that red stuff with sesame seeds.
Food was ok. Way too salty for my liking but service was great.

This place came highly recommended to me. I was pleasantly surprised at how authentic the food tasted. Honestly, one of the better spots I've been to in a while and so happy I gave it a try. The family style dishes on the menu are delicious and reasonably priced!
