Edit: They removed all customer service which is the worst thing ever since a lot of items are priced wrong. Worst supermarket by far, used to be great.
To keep this short: Great supermarket with extremely unreasonably high prices. But thats not the problem. 50% of their staff is literally the best ever, sadly the other 50% hates their job and hates customers, so every second day its a horrible experience. Hope they'll get some new staff members soon.

Flies inside the meat and seafood department glass display. I saw a fly sitting directly over raw fish. Absolutely disgusting. Walked right outside the the store and there was feces next to the shopping carts. Flies and Feces meat section. Butcher leaving the display doors open and walking away. I told the butcher I was Jewish that I will not be coming back to purchase meat here.

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from here . I got 4 chicken. Breast and after that my stomach pain started . It's 1 .30 am and it hasn't stopped. This is the only thing I ate today ***edit . I'm pretty sure I had stomach flu from one of my kids . I apologize for thinking it came from the chicken

The staff's friendliness felt selective, which made me uncomfortable. When I greeted them, they barely acknowledged me, and when I asked a question, the supervisor seemed too disinterested to even wanting my business. Overall, it was a disappointing visit.

The Manager Mariela is amazing. I left my Starbucks card behind and couldn’t come back to the store because I was away on business and she held onto my card for almost 4 months! Amazing customer service!!!!! 5 stars!!!

I’m checking out by myself and asked this staff named Israel and he’s been helping others, ignoring me and walked away. Please see if he’s psychologically fit. We all have our biases but this man was only helping caucasian customers. I have asian features. When he finally came over, I asked him how to get the discounts from what I purchased, using the app and he just said “just put your number” and walked away. I’ve been coming here since 2009 and I never encountered such blatant rudeness and laziness. Never posted a negative comment as well but I hope this could help the administration file a 201 file for this guy if this ever happens again, to have a history or baseline with his behavior. He acts like he’s a good job security, and will never get disciplined from his superiors.
