Best milk tea ever don't know why they closed! So sad to see them go. Hope they can open somewhere else soon!

I am so disheartened to learn that Pearl's has closed. It was my neighborhood boba stop and I had been going since it had opened some years ago. I'm really hoping that they will open elsewhere as I really enjoyed their drinks, energy, and the customization that was available. I always had good service experiences with workers there and felt welcome. So sad to see this place go.

Took my niece here for Bday Boba and she absolutely loved it. I don't drink Boba so I got a lemonade type drink they recommended and I'll just say that I've been back 3 times since because it was so delicious!

I have been coming here pretty frequently for the last year or so - am a huge fan of the friendly staff and the LA Dirt drink. I came in tonight and found out that this is sadly their last day in business. They will be closed as of tomorrow. RIP to a great spot.

A microwave. To heat the milk. Seriously? That's honestly all someone needs to know about a place selling hot coffees/boba/milk tea/whatever drink is used with hot milk, that a place like this isn't worth it. I ordered a hot oolong milk tea. I noticed the cashier/barista take my drink to the back and I thought maybe there was another worker or just that the milk steamer or frother was back there and not in front. She returned to help another customer and then I started hearing the "beep . . .beep . . .beep" of a microwave. The barista went back again and, lo and behold, I heard the close of a microwave door and her return to the front with my drink. The milk tea was scorched, bland, had hardly any "oolong" flavor, and it just tasted gross.

tl;dr Quality boba with good options for all sorts of boba-enjoyers. Drinks (5/5): Few other places make their pearls as flavorful. I'm a consistent passion fruit green tea enjoyer, and this place makes it exactly as wanted. It's flavorful and the right amount of sweetness to my preferences. Service (3.5/5): There's usually only 1-2 people working, and it's slow-moving if there's a line + online orders. They service your order right as you order it, which is normally great if you're the only person in the store. However, the line is sometimes 4-5 people long, and if you're #5, it will take some time for them to take and make your order. It'd make more sense if they took a few orders and made them all at once. Ambiance (2/5): Very standard, but there's no indoor or outdoor seating if you're planning to enjoy your drink for a bit. It's a to-go order for sure. Parking: Limited paid street parking outside. I don't usually run into issues.

Not the best, not the worst. The teas tasted a bit watered down and the milk teas were not very creamy. Boba was fine.

A nice little boba shop on Fairfax! There are some cute names on the menu. The LA Dirt is what I end up with each time, but I'd love to see some more options become available in the future. This is more of a grab-and-go, as the seating was permanently rearranged since the pandemic. This isn't a good place to chill and study. The boba is good, though the LA Dirt already has enough going on and I don't usually order boba here. Prices are okay for the area. Parking is hit or miss - don't forget to pay your meter.

Three separate occasions over the span of 2 months I’ve stopped by and nobody’s ever there it’s like they’re perpetually on lunch break or something with a note stuck to the door saying be right back. Like put your lunch or break hours up on the door and stick to those

Was closed for a break in the middle of the day. Need to update hours. 25 minute wait for boba.EDIT: Came back later in the week. Store had adjusted hours via cardboard on door + closed earlier that stated time. Will not be returning.

Pearls Finest Tea is a nice boba shop in Fairfax. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they offered full customization options for their drinks.I was impressed with how they were able to accommodate my request for an off menu blended matcha drink. They had a wide range of options to choose from, and I appreciated their flexibility in creating the perfect drink for me.The decor of the place was fantastic, and it added to the overall experience. The location in LA was ideal for my visit to Fairfax. The quality of the boba was lacking. It was chewy and not too fresh. The prices were a bit higher than average for LA, which was expected considering the prime location.

My absolute favorite Tea/Boba shop - I miss when Supreme used to be around and Fairfax was lively, but when I visited it was completely dead and not many stores were around anymore. Anywho, Pearl's has a huge selection and you can also mix flavors as well. I had the Honeydew which was great! Customizations are limitless and that's up to you.Service was great like always and quick and the store is well-decorated with a very modern vibe to it.
