This is a charming restaurant. Our server was absolutely amazing and super accommodating. He answered all of our questions and went to find out where the Petrale Sole was caught. We had a group of 4 diners and 2 of them were celebrating bdays. When we ordered our dessert, he came out with a beautiful platter that said Happy Birthday in cocoa powder with 2 small scoops of ice cream and 2 candles. We all loved our dinners and the Latuga salad was fantastic! So was the bread we ordered which came with hummus. This is our 4th time and we will continue to come back.

Cozy and elegant Italian restaurant in the heart of Brentwood. Excellent menu with lots of wonderful and delectable specials of the evening. Our server, Veronica, was delightful and charming and checked in with us very frequently. All in all an excellent experience. Fabulous tiramisu and the dinner was delicious. Large portions and I took almost half of it home. I will be back.

Terrific Food! We shared the Caesar Salad (fabulous) and each had a pasta. The Bolognese is outstanding. The Cacio E Pepe is delicious and fun to watch them prepare it. We were too full for dessert but it all sounded wonderful.

The ambience was pretty and the service was stellar!!! The recommendations from start to finish on the menu and wines were very impressive. For starters we went with the specialty salad - it should be on the daily menu- co sitting of heirloom tomatoes watermelon and mango along with cucumbers and burrata was so fresh and mouthwatering. Our selection of pastas cacio e Pepe and pasta bolognese were fresh and delicious. As for the deserts the bread pudding and the chocolate lava with gelato - both were off the charts. Our wine selections of gavi and prisoner Pinot noir complimented our meals. Highly recommend and we will be back for sure. Our new fave place in Brentwood

The service was really slow despite they're only being a total of three tables in the restaurant. My husband‘s pasta was good, but my chicken was terrible. I really wanted to like it but just wasn't great.

Food is excellent, not sure if the Chef is indeed Italian, nevertheless the food is authentic, it met expectations. Waiter was very friendly, attentive, and engaging. We all had a wonderful experience.

We had such a wonderful experience at Osteria Vera last night! From the moment we walked in, Natalie, the host/manager, made us feel completely at home—warm, welcoming, and attentive in the best way. The food was truly outstanding—original, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Every dish felt thoughtful and creative, yet still comforting. You can tell the chef is passionate and talented; it really shines through in the menu. Between the atmosphere, the service, and the incredible food, OV is an absolute gem. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

We have returned to this restaurant over 1/2 dozen times over the last few months. Definitely feel that we're visiting Italy when we work our way through their fabulous menu choices. We highly recommend this restaurant, and our family and friends all return after their first experience as well. The entire operation is so inviting! There's always a friendly hello and smile when we return, and the specials of the day are worth your visit as well. Top of our favorites!!!

Everything we ordered was amazing. Used to come here when it was Pecorino and wasn't sure if the food would still be as good. Luckily it is! And the updated decor is nice. Our server was also super friendly and helpful with recommendations. We loved our dinner and will definitely be back.
