Extremely uncultured servers. Ordered regular cappuccino but they gave me decaffeinated on purpose and had a good laugh about it. No idea why! Also, have the coffee cup was foam.

Tough, chewy blueberry scone. It was heated (I want my pastries cold and was not asked and did not see her do this) and probably zapped until tough and chewy. Coffee not bad, not great. This review is for the terminal 6 Peet’s by gate 64B. It does not show on the map and the location reviewed is the closest.

Was tired and groggy and not in the best mood but the smiley morning shift crew instantly snapped me out of it. Props. Coffee was good too, no complaints.

I only go early in the morning for a cup of there dark roast coffee. It is delicious! There morning crew is wonderful. I enjoy seeing them everyday when I pick up my coffee. Wonderful people ❤️. I like Peets because there coffee is consistently the same. When Starbucks was the only game in town, their coffee tasted different everyday and in each location.

I stopped by to get a coffee. The coffee was ice cold. I asked the girl behind the counter for a new hot cup. I was told she was going on break. I walked away feeling like this was literally my worst coffee experience. Please don't waste your money at this place.

Ordered a drink mobile order. Went to pick it up to find no lights on for over 20 minutes. When some1 finally showed up they said they couldn't find my order and couldn't give me a refund. He then says come back in an hour and we can make your drink. So unprofessional. Lax stores and it's employes all suck

Went in at 6:45pm and they shut down their oven for heating up food. They don't close until 10pm kind of a bad business practice when at an airport and it's dinner time for most travelers and some want a light snack like a hot sandwich. Bad experience all around. Go to Starbucks instead
