Coffee was the worst. The staff was incredibly rude. Don’t waste your time visiting.

The iced vanilla latte was sooo bad. It taste like someone put a cigarette out in the coffee. The toasted bagel with cream cheese was also so bad. At least the staff were friendly?

I understand that things can get busy during peak hours, but that’s no excuse for the rude and dismissive attitude I experienced. Several items on the menu were unavailable, yet there was no sign or indication. When we tried to order and found out certain items were sold out, the server impatiently tapped her nails on the counter, rushing us to decide.
What made this worse was the clear difference in treatment. For every male customer before us, she offered perfect service — smiling, polite, and even wishing them “Have a good day.” When it came to us, however, all we got was the sound of her nails tapping in impatience. Unprofessional and disappointing.
The gentleman making coffees was wonderful and efficient! The line was decently long, however he had everyone tell him their orders so he could make them while in the line before paying!
The lady at the cashier was lovely too!

Ordered a black iced tea. Simple enough right? Anyone who makes or drinks black iced tea knows it's not supposed to be seen through with a light hint of green. If you are going to work there, you should know your drinks and how they should look. Then to give me an attitude when several people in line were actually agreeing with me??? Not a good look. You all really need to fix your attitudes.

Instead of offering even basic courtesy, the employees acted irritated and impatient, making the entire experience uncomfortable. of offering even basic courtesy, the employees
Everyone gets busy, but professionalism and respectful customer service should still be a priority. A simple smile, eye contact, or a polite tone would’ve gone a long way. I hope management addresses this issue, as attitude matters just as much as.

Only one staff serving during peak time. Waited 20 mins for a hot boiling coffee which you can not drink immediately.
On that day they were not making cappuccino
The owner must have more staff to serve customers

The worst bagel… dry and tasteless.
Extremely uncultured servers. Ordered regular cappuccino but they gave me decaffeinated on purpose and had a good laugh about it. No idea why! Also, have the coffee cup was foam.
Good and fast service
If would give it 0 stars if I could
Tough, chewy blueberry scone. It was heated (I want my pastries cold and was not asked and did not see her do this) and probably zapped until tough and chewy. Coffee not bad, not great. This review is for the terminal 6 Peet’s by gate 64B. It does not show on the map and the location reviewed is the closest.
