Wow! I’m so shocked by the rudeness of the staff. I asked one of the staff how much for the ham sandwich. He pointed to his EarPods, instead of answering. I asked again and he pointed to a sign with font so small. The prescription for my glasses is really light but I couldn’t make out what the sign even said.I go to pay and the cashier stops to flirt with another staff who stopped by. She made me wait for nearly five minutes, while she was chatting. She never greeted me or said goodbye. She just asked me what I was having and didn’t bother to say the price or anything. I don’t tip because obviously lol she literally moved and tapped the tip box!! It was such a rude and uncomfortable experience ?

This one is next to California Kitchen. My parents arrived at 9:20 pm. They asked for coffee. The man behind the counter asked with a very rude tone “What exactly? Americano, espresso drink”. They just wanted brewed coffee. It was not freshly brewed. They took what was available. Next they asked for a warm sandwich. They were told the toaster was not working. They said they’d be willing to eat it cold. Went to pay cash they have no change. Very rude, unfriendly staff who obviously hate their job and have zero customer service skills. Stay away.

This review's based on my experience @terminal 6! I grabbed an almond croissant (warmed up) and steamed milk (had vanilla flavour) to go before boarding my flight and it was SO good. I don't love the food available for purchase in flight, so this was such a treat for me. Would recommend!

Pete's terminal 6 departures. Before I order, I was wondering why Pete's has no line up, I now know. It's the attitude of staff serving!The younger girl serving coffee has a ridiculously rude attitude and gestures and she almost yelled at me for saying my cappucino feels so watered down and with rude hand gestures pointed towards the milk when I asked for milk for our coffee. Either she is racist or she has zero temper. I asked her to be kinder and she ignored my comment and continued her inappropriate behavior. She should either be trained for courteous customer service or if unwilling to be polite, she should be let go of this store. She worked there on Aug 8, 2023 at 1630pm.

I’ve been here for both traveling and I have the pleasure of doing service for this coffee shop, the airport is lucky to have a manager like Mae working for this location she’s friendly, efficient and very kind. This location is clean and kept up well! If you’re looking for a good tasty cup of Joe go to the Pete’s coffee terminal 6!

I asked for a cold brew without ice. The lady filled a cap with 20% coffee and added 80% tap water (straight from a skunk) in front of me. As I said it was not cold at all she diluted it with a cap full of ice.
