The food was not cooked properly- our steaks were overcooked. The patio was so loud we couldn’t have conversation. The prices were pretentious. The outdoor table we were given did not have any view and was so close to other tables we couldn’t sit comfortably. Our waiter for whatever reason was super rude to us. Other restaurant staff that would clean the table between dishes were awkward and kept asking to take food we were eating. He would ask while we were eating if we were done and stick his hand out demanding the plate. Very uncomfortable that we had to hand him the plates off the table when he could easily grab them himself. We were handed our bill shortly after getting our entree. Our dinner took over 2.5 hours due to how slow they made the food. And being our anniversary we expected maybe a complementary dessert or something as most restaurants do, but instead we had to pay $17 for 3 scoops of ice cream that was the wrong flavor from what we ordered. The elevator was so crowded that we needed to take the stairs to leave, which was dangerous considering my date wore high heels. Overall I wouldn’t had better service and more consistency from a drive thru.

Really lovely rooftop - gorgeous views during the day and at night.Got the chance to come here for a group event and tried the chicken skewers and brioche beef sliders and they were really good.Had the Moscow mule which was more on the sweeter side than I’m used to due to the candied ginger but it was still a decent drink.

the 7 ft security guard is disrespectful as soon as you walk in telling me to only push the elevator button once ... came here to celebrate my Boyfriend's birthday ... even the waiter had an atittude. You would think it's a high end place but it's filled with rachat people and staff with horrible rude attitudes !!! don't go here go to the intercontinental instead way better everything including view.

As someone from NYC, I wasn't fascinated by the view. LA's downtown area seemed quite sketchy, too. The food, however, was amazing! The service was friendly too. At the end of our dinner the manager came to check if we had a good time. He was very personable and gave us great recommendations of places to go after dinner.Ps. Valet parking is available.

I truly enjoyed my experience at perch. I arrived during the happy hour around 4 PM. This was the perfect time to go. The restaurant wasn’t really crowded and we got one of the best seats in the restaurant that overlooked the city. Not only was the view awesome, but the food was also very delicious. ?I recommend coming during the happy hour honestly because you get the opportunity to order a little bit of this and a little bit of that. During this time you can order from their happy hour menu and fromfrom the dinner menu.

I took the family out to eat at what I consider the best roof top in los angeles. It was a great time, and the food was great as always.

The rooftop on the 15th floor is great, but it cannot accommodate many groups. Just five groups can occupy most of the amazing view, leaving no seating space for others. It would have been better if there were more seats. The patio on the lower floor is fantastic, and the ambiance is even better than on the rooftop. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the warmth from the heaters. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the food as the kitchen was closed, but the other service staff were polite and friendly.

Drinks? Food? A view? This place has so much to offer and MORE. I was living my best SATC life on that rooftop. Cosmos! Food! Fun! I had a little TOO much fun and didn't want to take pictures. I loved the steak frites, but the dessert was my favorite. When the sun sets, you better have a jacket on if it's not summer!

This is one of those restaurants that looks good and feels good. But it just never delivers. The food is mediocre at best. I had to return my dish because the clams weren't cooked though. And when I made the reservation the day before, the hostess said that they had a dress code. I've never heard of a restaurant with a dress code. Except for those super luxurious spots that are private and/or very exclusive. Which this place is not. And most Angelinos know to dress up when they go out to dinner. So once we were seated, I noticed that everyone at the table across from us were wearing shorts and flip-flops. So much for the dress code.
