This apartment building is horrible
The management doesn’t communicate until they want something. There’s no hot water at all in this building. I moved in and they said the gym was closed due to Covid and never opened it back up. The parking lot constantly has homeless stealing. The lobby mail room was constantly disgusting with peoples rotting food and trash, always getting stolen from. The management property had so many inconsistencies. I was on month-to-month after a lease ended because I was told I wasn’t able to apply for a lease and then upon leaving month-to-month they tried to invent a fake lease worst property ever. The only good point of this entire property is that the rooms are large and a great location, but your neighbors in this building are extremely rude anyways so it’s not a comforting place at all. There was something constantly broken whether it was water dripping in front of the elevator from the ceiling or your kitchen sink exploding from the unit underneath just a constant problem here I definitely would no to anyone moving in here. 👎
When this place was in COMPTON. It was everything.. real hood bbq... idk what this is... honestly... everything was very basic and bland. The sauce, the mac, the potato salad was cool and the baked beans was probably the most decent. The corn bread was unbelievable.. horrible. Just a major no! And never again........
Had another great dinner last night. Thanksgiving turkey, delicious dressing and mashed potato’s & veggies. As usual, huge portions which resulted in my taking home some turkey for a sandwich today while I watch football on TV ! Thanks again !
