Mary is the rudest employee I ever encountered at a restaurant I’m shaking as I leave this review. In the beginning of me telling her my order the first thing I said was please can you have my Mongolian beef cooked well done with broccoli she responded well I will have to separate your broccoli I’m like ok just make sure my beef is well done. Then my food came out I stare at it for a few secs she’s like is it a problem I’m like yes my food isn’t well done then she says well we can only cook it medium. I responded I needed it well done I don’t eat medium she snatched my plate and yelled walking away saying well can’t do it but we will see. I asked for a manager right away! The manager made sure my food was well done then Mary started passing out fortune cookies to the guests next to me on both sides of me and skipped over me being mean! My family own 6 restaurants (franchise restaurants) we would never hire anyone like her. Not a kind person !

Don’t come unless you want to waste money and get almost no service. I got a fried rice for $30+20% tips(compulsory unless you ask them to adjust). You place the order by scanning codes yourself. They don’t provide water or utensils unless you ask them to do so. The fried rice tastes soggy with zero wok hei. I can even get a better one by cooking in a rice cooker 😅

Nice location but that’s it. The food was atrocious. Think mall Chinese but 4x the price and comes cold. We ordered teriyaki chicken, won ton soup and edamame and the soup and edamame with edible - the soup was the word won ton I’ve ever had and the edamame can cold. The teriyaki chicken was deep fried and it didn’t say that on the menu.
They have your order on your phone and pay before the food arrives so when you point out why you didn’t eat an entire dish they don’t care and won’t give you any money back. Oh and you are auto charged 20%. Over $100 USD for one dish, one cup of soup and one edamame order. Insane
