The wait time( when you order until you receive your food ) will take 40-45 min
So it is not recommended if you have kids or you are boarding in 2 hours

Google says they open until 11 but when I got there at 9:30 they were closed
This is the craziest restaurant. They don't have staff. Seriously, you seat yourself. No one will greet you. No one will take your order. There are menus, but you can only order from them if you pay cash. There is a QR code on the table, but the menu is super limited. The restaurant also charges an extra 10% fee because it is expensive to run a restaurant at LAX and wages are high. But there is no staff. And they are adamant that the extra 10% does not go to the few staff that are at the bar.
I would have run out of this idiocy, but my wife wanted to eat so badly that we stayed. I do not recommend coming here.

P. E. was unavailable due to an issue in the back. We opted for P.F.Changs as we've had it in St. Louis before and we're satisfied. We order the orange chicken and honey shrimp. The chicken was cool on the center. The brown rice had zero flavor. The shrimp had such a doughy/funnel cake-like breading. It was okay, mediocre at best. We were very disappointed and for the two meals, with a set 20% tip, tax, it was $90. 90!!!!! We would have paid like $45 at P.E. and had a MUCH better meal. Not to mention, we had to order on the QR Code and had no other service than food delivered. Insane. Highly disappointed and feels like we were robbed for the poor food we were served. Would NOT recommend and will not use again if we fly through LAX

Don’t go here. You order online so minimal service to start with but they charge you a service fee up front. Basically you tip before ever talking to an employee. Then there is a concessions recovery fee of 10%. When I asked about it they said it was tied to Covid which ended 4 years ago at the time I wrote this. The food was not great. The orange chicken was way too spicy, and in general it was below average for PF Changs.

Cold chicken
Horrible Service, they pre charged you for tips and being greedy for additional tips, while they don’t even offer water unless you specifically go to them and require so. Noodle has a sour taste, rib tastes good tho. In all, find another restaurant at airport if you could, here is expensive and less pleasant

they lie about the percentage they take for each order and take your drinks without asking if you’re done. especially the older lady. i told her i didn’t want the sprint she still brought it and charged me and took my drink before i was done.

They won’t take an order and have the audacity of charging extra for service (c.f. picture) and putting an « add a tip » option when you pay.
This is ridiculous. I ended up only ordering a white rice which was ok.
