Waited 20 minutes to get a table at 8:30pm on a Friday night. Took about 15 minutes til someone came by for an order. Tried ordering ALL the items mentioned in previous reviews. Buddahs feast, chili garlic green beans, modified pad thai, etc. The woman helping us said she had checked with the chef on every single menu item and there us absolutely nothing they could do vegan, because of their sauces. Something about fish in all sauces. Very sad. Have been a past fan of of chang when they can leave off ingredients to get to vegan but this is not one of those places.

Beyond disgusting! The food is microwaved, the orange chicken was nasty, overpriced, the guy that was a host was super nice, the bartender super nice but we approached a waiter and said that the food was not good and he literally replied with an ignorant “thanks”, the manager was literally sitting next to us while we were talking about how nasty the food was and they didn’t even bother to say something, completely dissatisfied and very disappointed

The only proper decent restaurant in the entire terminal. Service impeccable. Food huge portions. Ingredients are fresh. Love the fried prawn balls, crispy and succulent and big. Closes at ten but allowed to sit around to finish the wine.

I’m mainly reviewing the service this round. Excellent and friendly customer service. Shout out to the young lady greeting everyone at the front. The portions today were generous. Will be eating my food once I get to my terminal. I chose PF Chang’s today because of their gluten free options.

I have not been to P.F. Chang's since 2009. This was one of the great experience as our server definitely took care of us very well.
We ordered fried rice, lettuce wrap with Ultra beer. They were delicious and no complaint at all!
Overall, we enjoyed a small appetiser before our flight here!
Vegetarian options: Yes, you can ordered vegetarian menu as well. You just need to read carefully or ask server if you are unsure the menu. The server are knowledgeable so you would not have any issue.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can use elevator to get their floor. It is the same elevator that takes you to Airline lounges.

Listen... I really didn't know that PF Chang's was so nasty. It tasted very microwaved and the rice was gross... The rice... I ordered the pomegranate lemonade and it tasted like minute made with a splash of pomegranate syrup. They even wasted a whole lemon slice to garnish it.
I had the honey chicken, a side of rice and a lemonade. The total was $42.60 before tip. I should've known when the prices weren't listed but wow... I was robbed.
The servers were nice so I tipped but... Yea. Never again. Panda would've costed 1/4 of the price and been 10x better and fresher.
I guess I learned my lesson.

We had an awful experience there. A 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill for a staff that showed no appreciation. We requested a soufflé and a spoon, but the blonde woman, who provided terrible customer service, said they didn’t have any spoons. Overall, it was a dreadful experience.

We had chocolate soufflés and noodle with my wife. The waiter and waitress were so rude. Coke had zero bubbles in it. Just sugar and water.
Waitress Mary told me that she had no extra spoon for me when l asked for extra for dessert.

Restaurant at LAX airport in Los Angeles. Terrible service. The waiting time to enter the restaurant is at least 15 minutes. While ordering, the man from the service poured sauce from the dish on me and did not apologize. Overall, I rate the food 5/10. Very average. At the end, a 20% tip was added and the terminal suggested that I choose the option of paying an additional 3-8% to the tip. Scandal.

The place offers very tasty meals, but the staff working at the place is a lottery. There was some chaos with online orders and missing names at the paper bags. I kept asking about my order multiple times. Some people working at the place were very helpful with that, but at least one lady should have a different job than working with the customers.
