The crispy chicken dish tasted good, but the initial welcome didn't inspire confidence. The host took us to a table that was clearly dirty and he quickly tried to wipe it down, and didn't do a great job. There were many other tables query better chairs that were open overlooking the atrium, so I'm not sure why it was preferable to seat us at a table very close to others and that hadn't been cleaned. At least clean the tables before you take your guest over to it. He did the same thing with another family that he seated near us...that table looked gross and they had to watch him clean it (poorly) even though many other tables open that were already cleaned. Just not a good customer experience. The waiter for a decent job. As others have mentioned, a mandatory 20% gratuity is already added to you bill.

Dishes were dirty or chopped; the food had no flavor; the vegetables were not fresh; the rice was old and cold, and a horrible plating.I don’t believe it was P.F. Chang’s standard.

I would give Sammy, the manager, 5 stars. But the Resturant’s business model really sucks. They had plenty of vacant tables but strangely they had a 20 minutes wait time to imply …. They also CHARGE MANDATORY 20% service fee that comes to you as a surprise. They don’t show the bill to you on a paper bill. It is on their hand hold credit card POS. Irony is that the POS asks for 1-7% tip!!! So, they charge for the service and the tip. I think it is a scam business. Ordered Singapore Street noodles, tasted good. Only problem was that the chicken was not marinated well and tasted like raw chicken. Shrimp and noodles were good. The service was terrible. The waitress was super unprofessional. The reception desk was too. Only the manger, Sammy, did a great job in resolving the problems. Do not recommend this place. Gave 3 stars because of the nice manager. Visit time: March 2024

Service was terrible. We were waited on by Shaunise H , service was slow from the start. It took over 30 minutes to get my entree, after asking my waitress about it I finally got someone else and finally got my meal. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to the price and it’s not right. This place is a prime example of what happens when someone doesn’t not earn their tip. I do believe in tips and generally give more than 20%, but it’s based on the levy of service provided. Tips should never be automatically applied, it’s earned

The food was good but when I got there in the front I saw the host people having a conversation & the girl started to use profanity at his coworker. You guys need better training in the staff.

The main part of restaurant was closed due to a private functions however take out ordered were available. The only difference is the meals came in containers instead of plates. And there was seating in the general area of the restaurant adjacent to the bar.I ordered the beef with broccoli ? with a side or fried rice and a sparkling mineral water. The delivery to the table took about 20mins. They forgot my water but when I flagged it with the server, one was brought straight out.The portion side was generous and my meal was really good. Great flavour, fresh and the meat and broccoli cooked really well. It’s super pricey though even compared to airport prices. My meal cost around $50 with taxes and automatic service charge of 20%Vegetarian options: There are various vegetarian options mainly with vege and tofuDietary restrictions: The menu includes legend for dietary restrictions and also severs can provide infoParking: It’s an airport so there are parking options for international travellers. The restaurant is airside so only available for travelersWheelchair accessibility: It’s an airport so fully accessible. Lifts to the mezzanine level where the restaurant is located

Don‘t go there - service does not care about you and gets automatically a 20% tip. Save your money and time.

Don’t waste your time here. There’s a reason why Panda Express downstairs has a line longer that this spot.Got seated at a dirty table, server didn’t care enough to bring drinks before food. We had to find somebody to get the drinks brought out.Orange chicken was tasteless. Server didn’t tell us one of the drinks was out and brought a substitution drink without asking if we were okay with it.

Yuck! The food is awful and the customer service is so bad. I can see why they add a 20% tip automatically… nobody would make any money otherwise. Avoid.

I like PF Chang's on the High Street, but this one inside LAX is a real disappointment ?Firstly the Service is hit-n-miss, some staff are great, some less so, when your Server just 'throws' your food onto the Table, it isn't good (even more frustrating when they auto-add 20% Service charge and say "you can add more if you like" ?)The food wasn't great either, I ordered Mongolian Beef with Fried Rice, both looked like they'd just been 'dumped' on the plates, it wasn't very hot and some bits of the Beef wasn't even cooked properly ??The view from the Restaurant is about the only good thing.Price wise I thought it was expensive for what I got, I paid $53 for Mongolian Beef + Fried Rice and a Glass of Coke?I won't be going back there in a hurry ?Wheelchair accessibility: It's in an Airport, so fully accessible ?

One of the WORST PF Changs restaurant I’ve been to. The Buda Feast was NOT GOOD. Plz look at the pics, the carrots were huge and RAW! Why would you have a large carrots in this dish? Chinese dishes, the meat and vegetables are cut up in bite size pieces, so we can eat it with chopsticks. But in this dish, you would need a fork and knife to cut up the carrots, if you like raw carrots. Also, where's the tofu in this dish? We only have 4 pieces of tiny cut tofu in this dish. The chicken fried rice was ok, it was quite plain and lots of chunks of white rice. The one star is for the spicy garlic green beans, which was good. The waitress was very kind. This restaurant needs to be audited and retrain the sous chef and the cooks in the kitchen. If it is that difficult to make these dishes, remove both dishes from the menu.

This restaurant is relaxing oasis in a very busy international Airport. The cocktails, appetizers, and main course were superb. The restaurant is quite enough to have a private conversation. I highly recommend.
