I was charged for water bottles and a bottle of patron for $300. When I called and asked for clarity as I was NOT informed for these charged the manager hung up on me. I called a second time and the same manager asked me to dispute the charge with my cc company. You would think after spending $300 for a medium room that they would take the opportunity to resolve the issue amicably. Be warned that the establishment is def money hungry and doesn’t care about long time patrons. Plus— the original room they gave us did not have working AC, we were burning up! Beware!!

My friends and I had a good time! You can always set up your own device to sing songs that are not available.

Poor establishment, would not recommend. We arrived at 12:30am and were not informed their establishment would be closing at 2am. But we were still charged the 2 hour package. We were 3 people and could not understand why there was an automatic 20% gratuity charge. The song selection is very oudated. They did not even have Ariana Grande. Singalong is also not available.I’ve never been to a worse karaoke bar.I think out of courtesy we should have been immediately informed of the closing times upon check in. This establishments has poor ethics.

They have a guitarist here who is incredible, perhaps the most talented I've seen in a Korean karaoke in the US. We were hunting down songs from the '80s with amazing guitar riffs in solos just to hear him shred them. The main limitation in Korean karaoke systems is the selection of music, which does not tend to be as comprehensive as Japanese karaoke systems. But we had a great time.

THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO CONVINCE YOU TO COME.We called ahead and they said they have room. They didn’t ask us for a name or tell us we should hurry because rooms were filling up. And yet we show up and they tell us they don’t have rooms. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Great place for a couple of film grad students to let loose and have a great time! We ended up staying an extra hour. Once we learned how to work everything we had a blast! Everyone sung their hearts out and put on their best performances. We had an XL room, didn't have all the songs that we wanted to perform but we made the most of it.

TLDR: good deals but staff messed up twice, wouldn't accept fault, tried to shift blame, and charged 20% gratuity for a small group anyways. Would recommend elsewhere, like Gaam karaoke, or be very explicit in reservation and when you arrivedI hate writing this because I've enjoyed coming here previously, but last night was such an annoying experience because of the staff. I called several times to reserve a medium room ahead of time, put my name and card down. We arrived in two groups, one on time and one later, but they somehow gave our room reservation to a different group that apparently had the same first name, and didn't consider checking with the card I put down. Then they wouldn't seat the first group because of the mixup until I arrived to clarify things. So we originally were going to start at 9pm, but didn't until 9:20-9:25pm. They tried smoothing it over by sending extra snacks, but then at 10:46 they notified us our 2 hours were somehow over? Because they somehow recorded that we arrived at 8:46pm, despite the first group having a parking ticket, validated by them, that was at 8:54pm, so it wasn't even possible we arrived or started that early. I had to discuss things with staff, and they decided to give a "complimentary" 15 minutes. Pssh. Then at the end the 20% auto gratuity was a real kicker given our size of 5 (smaller than what most restaurants would consider charging automatic gratuity). The entire time the staff and manager kept acting like it wasn't their fault or that they couldn't fix things - just accept that you made some mistakes and these interactions would've been much smoother. My group was very excited to come to celebrate my friends birthday, and we still had a good time, but these sort of issues make no sense. I would've kept coming for larger groups and events, but not after this. If you do come with a large group, make sure to be every explicit in your reservation, keep notes of arrival time, etc. I've been to Gaam karaoke also in Ktown - no major food deals, but if you just wanna karaoke then it was no issue at all. Smh. If the owner or staff see this, there are other ways to provide smooth service besides free snacks.
