Love this Philz Coffee on Sunset! Super convenient with a huge parking structure in the back, rare for the area. The staff are friendly, and my drinks were on point as always. I did try the breakfast burrito, which was a miss, the bottom was rock hard, kinda like an airplane burrito. Still, I’ll be back for the amazing coffee and chill vibes.

Coffee shop with customization of your drinks. Iced Spiced Vanilla Soul with oat milk is very good! Tasty, especially paired with some breakfast pastries or sandwiches. Plenty of seating to kick back and relax while the hustle bustle traffic flies by outside.

I usually like this location, but there have been times when the drinks were watered down or didn’t taste like the original recipe. I assumed it was part of the training period, so I let it slide.
But today was unacceptable. The drink I received was clearly not fresh—it wasn’t cold, the ice was practically melted, and it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. That alone was disappointing.
Then when I asked for a remake, I was served a cup full of whipped cream with some mint on top—no exaggeration. It was completely off. I ended up drinking nothing but cream, and it made me nauseous. Even after I asked them to remove the cream and add more coffee, the damage was done.
This wasn’t just a small mistake—it felt careless and honestly disrespectful to customers who expect quality and consistency.

A beautiful spot filled with natural light and bright, cheerful colors! The coffee is strong and bold—perfect for true coffee lovers—and the flavors are fun, unique, and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and full of good vibes. It’s a place where you can truly unwind. Even dogs love hanging out outside under the sunny yellow umbrellas—how cool is that?
There’s plenty of convenient parking, and the entire shopping center is lovely, with a great variety of places to visit. On top of all that, the service is exceptional—friendly, warm, and attentive. It really adds to the overall experience and makes you want to come back. Highly recommend!

Grace is the most unprofessional human being I’ve never experienced in the coffee industry. She makes great drinks which is why I’ve requested in her the past but apparently that was an issue and mentioned that, it’s harassment for requesting her. She talks over you and is extremely disrespectful. Shes extremely immature and it shows when you try to get something resolved. I ordered a creamy honey haze. Where’s the creamy ???? I also asked for mint, there’s no mint. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Clearly she has multiple bad reviews and it shows in person.

I really like the wide open atmosphere here! Lots of places to sit and get work done. They have WiFi here which is a plus. Parking is street meters but there’s a good amount of them around. Coffee was okay and didn’t like chai here. Too savory for my taste. I’d say Philz coffee and tea drinks are an acquired taste. But if you’re not looking for a specialty coffee or nothing too sweet then Philz will get the job done.
