I usually like this location, but there have been times when the drinks were watered down or didn’t taste like the original recipe. I assumed it was part of the training period, so I let it slide.
But today was unacceptable. The drink I received was clearly not fresh—it wasn’t cold, the ice was practically melted, and it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. That alone was disappointing.
Then when I asked for a remake, I was served a cup full of whipped cream with some mint on top—no exaggeration. It was completely off. I ended up drinking nothing but cream, and it made me nauseous. Even after I asked them to remove the cream and add more coffee, the damage was done.
This wasn’t just a small mistake—it felt careless and honestly disrespectful to customers who expect quality and consistency.

A beautiful spot filled with natural light and bright, cheerful colors! The coffee is strong and bold—perfect for true coffee lovers—and the flavors are fun, unique, and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and full of good vibes. It’s a place where you can truly unwind. Even dogs love hanging out outside under the sunny yellow umbrellas—how cool is that?
There’s plenty of convenient parking, and the entire shopping center is lovely, with a great variety of places to visit. On top of all that, the service is exceptional—friendly, warm, and attentive. It really adds to the overall experience and makes you want to come back. Highly recommend!

Grace is the most unprofessional human being I’ve never experienced in the coffee industry. She makes great drinks which is why I’ve requested in her the past but apparently that was an issue and mentioned that, it’s harassment for requesting her. She talks over you and is extremely disrespectful. Shes extremely immature and it shows when you try to get something resolved. I ordered a creamy honey haze. Where’s the creamy ???? I also asked for mint, there’s no mint. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Clearly she has multiple bad reviews and it shows in person.

I really like the wide open atmosphere here! Lots of places to sit and get work done. They have WiFi here which is a plus. Parking is street meters but there’s a good amount of them around. Coffee was okay and didn’t like chai here. Too savory for my taste. I’d say Philz coffee and tea drinks are an acquired taste. But if you’re not looking for a specialty coffee or nothing too sweet then Philz will get the job done.
I got a black tea with cream and sugar and while that may seem simple, this was delicious. The service was incredible and the cashier helped me, as it was first time in. Fully recommend, would come back in a heartbeat

I walk in at 4:56 the door was close , Someone exit and I get in, there’s short worker with color eyes she have a big attitude she was kicking me out so I ask her about her name she wouldn’t say her name and I ask the other girl about her name she wouldn’t give it to me , very bad customer service , And I spend money there everyday but from now and on I’m not going to that location anymore. You lost me as customer. I will go to Glendale location they are very professional and have a great smile.

My overfilled cup was impractical, and when I requested a larger cup the barista said, “it cost money for cups” while I appreciate her trying to save the company money. As a regular customer, the cost is not my concerns. A simple, “I’m so sorry I overfilled it let me pour out some” would have suffice!
