Too "Koreanized", not that it is a bad thing. For sure for all the Korean brothers and sisters!However, how does a Vietnamese place doesn't have spring rolls? And, the broth is too deep, which is expected in Korean soups but not for pho. Clear and light is best for pho broth... Of course before adding oyster sauce and Sriracha.I visited many pho spots in LA and they are no where near in distance and taste like OC. We all have to settle for less in LA.BTW, don't give me bones in my soup! That just reduces the amount of soup. Save that for kalbi-tang.

The restaurant does take the time to create an authentic broth but may cut the time short, leading to a lighter flavor. Since the broth can easily make or break a good bowl of Pho, this broth is 4 out of 5 stars, which is great for a regular location. While it's not the best in the area, it still has decent flavor. The chicken was a little chewy and did not soften after sitting in the broth for a while. The freshness of the chicken is questionable. As a frequent pho enthusiast, I was disappointed that this restaurant did not offer spring rolls, which is my go-to appetizer when judging a pho restaurant. This time I opted for the fried egg rolls and I was not impressed with the texture or flavor. Everything in the egg roll tasted old and lacked a desirable flavor.The pho broth container and the chicken &noodles container were both of good quality, as there were no spills in the bag, and kept everything warm during delivery. However, the pho ingredients and the egg rolls were delivered in Styrofoam packaging which is environmentally irresponsible. As seen in the pictures, the container with the egg rolls was either cut or melted in an unusual way. I suspect the restaurant cut the box to allow for venting and to prevent melting. Getting rid of the Styrofoam containers would yield a higher service rating.Overall, not too bad. I'd visit this restaurant again if I'm in the area.

I was told my my brother that this was a very nice restaurant but as soon as Walk In through the door I was told that there was more then 20 people in the restaurant and that we couldn't go in but as soon as we walk out 8 more people walk in....sadly I was just taking my dad to eat but it didn't workout...I would like to know why the waitress didn't let my dad and I walk in but she did let the other in....just wondering...?

Hmmm, I'm iffy about this spot. I have been meaning to try out more pho places in Koreatown so I can pick my go-to. This one isn't it.The parking lot has free parking, and I was able to snag a spot on a Sunday afternoon. I didn't have to pay a guy for valet. They have bathrooms inside.I got the #12 special combo with brisket and rare steak $15.53. The rare steak was too fatty for me. The portion size is also what I would say is a "large" at pho restaurants. They only have one size here. Next time I would share with someone else.They do have a bar for sides, like bean sprouts, cilantro, basil, lemons, and jalapenos. I was expecting kimchi like some Google reviews mentioned, but they did not have any at the time of my visit. That was disappointing because I wanted to try their kimchi. There is a water jug with cups, so I thought that was self-served also. However, the server said she would get water for us.

I came back to this place after some month, and the pho was still the same. Good soup, quality meat, and fresh vegetable. This is the place to go for pho in K town.
Really delicious pho, I recommend the short rib pho, house special pho, and shrimp rolls.Super fast and friendly service and they have a buffet where you can pick your own toppings (bean sprouts, cilantro, onion, jalapeño, mint, etc). Free parking + clean facilities to top it off. We’ll be back soon ❤️❤️

The pho was good! The meat was tender as well! So much flavor in the broth, but not as clean as I like. I love that they have a fixings bar, so you can get all the toppings you want! (Swear places are stingy with the jalapeños,lol). Meat was fresh, even the rare steak!Anyway, I had the special pho, shrimp egg rolls and a Jarritos! I did not like the egg rolls, they were mushy inside (see pic). However, I love that they have a drink cooler for options other than traditional drinks! Totally going back to this, and would highly recommend.
