Food is fair but non-authentic vietnamese food lost most ingredients. It used to be more delicious and more vietnamese style during pre pandemic.

I thought I love never rate this place as 1 star. I am a regular here. I come here all the time by myself. Just got denied a table saying side tables are for 2 or more people. What?! All of a sudden they change the rules because it is a rainy day. Not even busy. Two parties of 2 were sat who came after me. They wanted me to sit literally right next to someone on a long table. I kindly said I would wait for a table but denied. Way to loose a loyal regular.

The person who was upfront was rude, my partner and I decided to leave. Small place and very tight.

I went to Pho Legend and was helped by the sweetest lady named Ling! She was so kind, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The service was fast, and she checked in to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Definitely coming back not just for the amazing pho, but because of how lovely she is!

Been a regular customer since it was opened i guess year 2009 if im not mistaken,.. i really loved all their menu esp my fav ones. For the first time, a waitress forgot to serve my avocado smoothie, i just keep silent n' when i check my bill, the smoothie included and i said that girl (waitress) who attended never serve my avocado smoothie, the other girl said i can make you one but told her, NO, im disappointed and the other girl said, im new here and we're so busy. But actually its not busy as it was not a full house. So i paid n' the waitress that attended me first gave me back the change and she just said, i never included the smoothie anymore n' she just left without saying SORRY. So, i talked to the old waitress that i know n' she knows me that im the regular costumer and told her that tell your co workers to be attentive and say SORRY if there's a mistake or wrong doings/orders to be served. THANKS n' hope this is a lesson to learn in running a business.

The pho soups are with no flavor basically, you're just drinking plain simple water. The pho on seventh street and western is way beyond flavor tasting to the point where you'll be dancing like happy feet. And the attendant was very rude with a sour looking face. The lady with the gray hair. Take it from me. I love food and I know what's up with flavor and that has no flavor none of the soups beef chicken, every soup, no flavor just hot water and noodles. 7th st and western pho kicks legend back

Parking may be a bit hard since the lot is shared amongst other stores on the strip, went on weeknight for dinner so not sure what weekend parking would be like. Food is okay, the restaurant itself is quite minimal but very modern/industrial looking and clean. The pho broth is just okay, I feel it is slightly lacking in flavor, bland if you will, but feels “clean”, it didn’t feel as heavy as other pho broths I have tried. Summer rolls were also a bit bland, oddly enough, maybe the rice noodles and shrimp inside could have been boiled in slightly salty water instead? I’m not sure. The smoothie was good, made with condensed milk, probably the more memorable item we got. Vermicelli noodles were also okay, better than pho but have also had better.

This banged so hard omg. Idk what changed in the kitchen since I was last here 2-3 years ago, or maybe i’m just different now, but everything we ate was textbook immaculate perfect.

The chargrilled pork vermicelli bowl was LOADED with the most unctuous smoky sweet pork and the entire bowl itself was not only the perfect balance of salty, sweet, tangy, and umami but also in perfect ratio with the noodles and vegetables. The nước chấm is my favorite in town.

The surprise hit was the chargrilled pork chop rice. Holy heck. Very similar flavor as the thịt nướng but with even more crispy charred bits that veer more caramelized
than burnt. I was mesmerized. I added an egg roll and the fried shrimp paste which were both hot fresh and crispy out of the fryer without feeling oily.

Shoutout to the Viet aunties running the place. They’re so sweet and friendly! Hearing their Vietnamese banter float through the room really let me know I was in the right place.

I’m a huge pho lover, and after moving back to LA, I’d been craving a great bowl for a while. I finally found this spot and fell head over heels for their Noodle Bowl #2—the one with the incredible variety of meats. It’s hands-down one of the most delicious bowls of pho I’ve had in a while! I also tried the spring rolls, which were absolutely divine. This place has won me over, and I’ll definitely be returning for more. If you’re a pho enthusiast like me, I’d rate this gem a perfect 10/10. Highly recommend!

Still the best pho broth in the area. Been coming here since 2012. Always get the rare steak pho, spring rolls, and wings! The pork and the lemongrass beef vermicelli with egg roll always perfect as well!
