Came in for a beef pho, was 8/10 quality. If you want to eat somewhere low key and eat some good pho, I would recommend this place. There is parking. My bowl of pho cost around 18$

To us: got pho and rice and it was bad as people described it to be. We went here because there was boba shop we wanted to try out. Big mistake. Won't be coming here againTo others: it took 35 minute for noodle to arrive and the comments about the owners being rude is right on. The typical "I'll never need to apologize" type.

Service is amazing! It is about one lady running the whole show (that's how you know it's good food). She was so kind and everything we tried was delicious. I had the spring rolls, my friends had beef pho, seafood fried rice, and dumplings. Everything tasted fresh and was in very large portions!

Thé food was terrible! I ordered tofu pho and the tofu was old and spoiled. When I told the host that soup had a peculiar smell she said took the bowl and she would check. She came back with the same bowl of soup and pretended like she got new soup . She also said she tasted it and it's fine. When I told her no thank you and I will just pay for the appetizers. She got mad and started making racist statements.

BEWARE: I have never been to a business more disgusting or unprofessional as this one. i came to eat here with my friends before a show at the wiltern. we ordered our food and after waiting 20 minutes they came out with the bill and asked us to pay. so we payed the bill, and she told me to "consider the gratuity tip" and i said "well can i at least get my food first? why are you rushing me?" then she told me i was being rude so i asked for my money back. she ran to the back and started cooking, and i waited 10 minutes by the register and when she came out i asked for my money back, she said "i can't do that, your food is almost ready" so instead of just refunding me, she went to the back and cooked the food so i'd be forced to eat it and not get my money back. there's also water all over the floor from a leaking ac unit with newspaper stacks around it to absorb the water. and there are baby roaches by the register. if worst $60 i was ever forced to spend.

This is the worst place ever, and I don't normally leave reviews. The waitress was rude and insisted to pay up front for the "service fee" without receiving our food or even service. Wish I could give this place negative stars. Save yourself and don't go to this establishment.

Worst service please read reviews! Made up pay before even bringing our food, then asked for a service fee & STILL NO FOOD. I understand tipping but I need my food first??? I understand the lady might be working alone but horrible service and after waiting over 20 mins & PAYING with no food we asked for money back and still the worst service, refusing money back and no food. Would love to leave negative stars if possible

Never eat here for lack of choice, you will get the worst service and food, I waited for almost an hour and got really bad food, charged us before the food arrived, she was the rudest server I have ever seen. You don't even have a glass of water. It's really terrible!!!!!

People are way too hard on this place, the service is fine, the vegan beef is incredible and it's well priced. Also one of the few pho places in k-town with its own parking and that alone gives it another star.

Do not come eat here... the owner asks you to tip for horrible service. She takes the orders and goes to the Make the food not washing her hand not wearing gloves. Comes back to the front and serves others people . Seems like she the only worker and she is extremely rude.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. LADY (owner) bullies you into tipping before service is even provided. Calls it a service fee but it shows gratuity on the checks. They charge extra slices of BROWN lime and they charge $.50 for TO GO boxes. It's comedic. The pho is decent at best. Don't come here. It's the worst. Should've paid valet for Thank You Pho instead.
