Live in Fresno area but every trip to LA or OC area I make a stop into chinatown for Strawberry cake and almond cookies...no where else will you find anything close..I'm originally from OC, but on Sundays weather a Dodger game or Olveria St or just lunch in Chinatown, Phoenix Bakery was definitely a stop...50 years later I'm still stopping by.. Nov 4th ...still worth the stop before heading on the fwy home...Almond Cookies and strawberry cake to go....yumm🤗
Omg it's the best in town! The eclairs are something out of this world, and the croissant, all super freshly baked. There's coffee as well, You can your goodies and enjoy them while walking in China town.
