It must be ages to me to remember when was the last time I was here. This time, I was here after the LA Chinatown firecracker run. And boy, the food quality amazed me, and the service was top-notch. We are a group of 11, and we ordered lots of food. The dish that stood out was the salt fish tofu hot pot. It was so good that our group ordered two. The taste was good and the smell of saltfish made you wonder where was this dish my whole life. I will go back to try other dishes.

The best sit-down Chinese food in Chinatown for sure. The staff are always extra cheerful and happily greet you. The food itself always has fresh, crisp veggies and amazing flavors without being over the top. The prices are pretty cheap and the portions pretty large and the service is almost always lightning fast. All around, this is one of the better restaurants in general around nortg Downtown, Chinatown, and Echo Park when it comes to speed, taste, food quality, consistency, and service. A+!!

Always enjoy the food and the mixed drink! Been going here for over 20 years. Sad the owners have passed away, they were cute, and glad the food quality and taste stayed the same.

Its not the end if you will not give a tip to waitress they will ask you to tip them for their best service for clean dishes and screaming or serving during talking by phone

The quality and quantity has dropped drastically for the price. Would not order from this place again.

The service is great and the hospitality was amazing as they greeted us with tea upon arriving. they were super welcoming and I definitely felt at home. The food was delicious and the portions were big, fast service as it came out under 15min of ordering. wasn't expecting it but definitely wasn't disappointed. a good area to sit and eat with family and friends. it's in a little excluded area off the main road but if you find it, its worth the walk. The music playlist was a plus as they had oldies and r&b with a little hip-hop I was very impressed. they are everything you've been looking for in chinese food but haven't found. I will be coming back.

Very friendly staff. So glad these guys have been around!Although, I heard WAY back in the day, this was the only place that served morning 潮州-style 點心. If those rumors are true, can we bring them back? Admittedly though, even without that, the food is still good here.

Fantastic Chinese food with friendly service. Right off the main road through Chinatown, it's easy to park nearby and get to the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and service was quick, but we never felt rushed. The green beans were amazing and it was by far the bust Kung Pao Chicken I've ever had. I would love to go back and sample more food, but everything we had was great.

I had the privilege of dining at this Chinese restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance was a delightful fusion of modern elegance and traditional charm. The contemporary decor blended seamlessly with Chinese motifs, creating a visually stunning and comfortable environment. The service was top-notch. The staff was not only courteous but also incredibly efficient. They anticipated our needs and provided helpful suggestions, making us feel like valued guests. The attention to detail was commendable. Now, onto the culinary journey – the food was sensational. The sesame chicken was crispy yet tender, the vegetable stir-fry was bursting with freshness, and the spring rolls were a delightful appetizer. Each dish was a testament to the chef's culinary prowess. In conclusion, this Chinese restaurant is a true gem. Its ambiance, service, and delectable food combine to create an extraordinary dining experience. Whether you're a Chinese cuisine enthusiast or a newcomer, this restaurant is sure to impress and satisfy your taste buds.
