Piara Pizza Normandie & Century

Been a customer in this location for a while since is my local piara pizza , spanish is my second language every since i been using their drive truth some really nice guys than barely speak english had took my orders never had an issue telling them my order in spanish since i came from a hispanic family where my mom only speaks spanish , to make it short i send my mom with my daughters to get them pizza and the most racist this happened where this hispanic lady from the drive truth Today 10/18/2025 around 4:00pm took my moms order where she refused to take my moms order since she didn’t speak any English it made the atmosphere uncomfortable not only for my mom but my kids i dont have words to describe how this made me feel im sick of this lady attitude, I will be contacting corporate and the owners of this place soon .

Dont go there pizza is trash amd they charge 2 dollars per ranch and 2 for bufallo sauce.

I ordered my food online and went for pickup. When I went to go pick the food up the lady at the front counter was extremely rude, I told her the name under my order and when I did she went to the back “looking for my order” ignoring the fact that I asked for help and continued to take other peoples orders. Then I asked her again and she kept asking me questions as if I was trying to steals someone’s else online order, when I was just trying to get my order. Acting all rude to me and didn’t even apologize!

Manager Mariela is extremely rude yelling across the kitchen to wait terrible will never return hope they get a new manager worse customer service I ever experienced.. the only person with manners there was the only male employee

The greasiest, soggiest pizza I've ever had in my life. The grease was damn near seeping through the box when it arrived. I'm also pretty sure it was slightly undercooked. Never again.

The pizza 🍕 they give it to you very quickly, 15 minutes but the cheese feels very dry, it's not a flavor that I can say is tasty 👎 no.
