Gluten free fried chicken... And it was so good and moist. I wish I lived near here. The atmosphere was clean, simple, and bright. What you'd expect from a Japanese counter restaurant in a shipping district. I'm halfway tempted to drive the two hours to go here again. Spread out to San Diego, please!!!
I absolutely recommend this place for the best gluten free fried chicken in LA! it’s so crispy and tasty we are 100% coming back here to try more items on the menu and to get the family bucket. The lady who served us was also so nice and kind. Everything we ordered was so tasty, even the pickle and the green sauce - outstanding. Can’t wait to come back for more. Also it’s important to note that they validate parking 🙌🏼
There was a single person making the food and taking the orders so we were awkwardly standing for 5 min before being approached. My partner is gluten free and enjoyed the fried chicken. The fries are trash, I would call them wedge potatoes, not fries. I find the nickel and diming annoying. You get a single small container of sauce for your fried chicken which barely lasts half your chicken, and you have to go back and pay 50 cents for another one. It’s not about the money but...
