Vegan AND supports a worthy cause? Yes, please! I found the Pink Star Cafe truck near the holiday market in DC, and after I took one glance at the menu, I just knew I had to try a drink! Ordered the apple caramel latte with oat milk (a recommendation from the barista himself), and I was blown away! Not sure where they’ll be next but I’ve already told everyone at work that they’re the #1 place to buy our seasonal drinks from now on!

What a fun way to get a drink!This cafe on wheels is serving up some delicious drinks. They are parked on Melrose Ave located in Los Angeles CA. Walked around Melrose and moseyed around all of the eclectic shops. A lot of vintage stores, and a couple of name brand shoe stores too! After waking around in the hot sun, Pink Star Cafe was like a blue oasis waiting for me on the horizon.Their menu consisted of a variety of beverages. They had tea, coffee, hot chocolate and lemonade. In the winter, I may have indulged in a hot chocolate.
