Always wonderful. The choices of flavors and toppings are so good and so tempting. I used to be a very frequent customer at Santana Row! Moved and miss Pinkberry

I had one yesterday and because it was sooo delicious I had one today again. Ha ha. The chocolate hazelnut with Nutella topping is outstanding.

Sehr gerne wieder.

Looking for a refreshing, affordable dessert at the eclectic Farmer's Market? Top off your meal by popping into Pinkberry. Fresh ingredients + frozen yogurt = an addictive treat. Pomegranate froyo ($4.95 for a small) with a variety of toppings (raspberries, pecans, mini colorful chocolates) is fantastic! There's plenty of seating in this buzzy, touristy mecca to amp up the experience. Join Pinkberry's loyalty program, and they will load a free small cup with toppings to your card for your birthday. Sweet!

Listing says open until 10 but I'm right here at 930 and they say they're closed. Boo.

Probably the worst service I ever got in any yogurt place. The prices are misleading, they don't tell you its an extra charge for toppings.

Friendliest staff! They cut all the fruit fresh onsite. Frozen yogurt always puts a smile on my face.

Love how they always [used to] have a DF option. They stopped carrying the coconut milk coconut yogurt, and did not replace it with another DF yogurt or sorbet. Coconut with chocolate chips and pineapple was my favorite. Back on the hunt for a good DF froyo option!

Went there last night at 10:30 because yelp says they close at 11 and they change their hours and never changed it on yelp. Took a long drive got there and they were closed

I love frozen yogurt. Pinkberry is the first I ever tried. So, I will always go there if it's close enough. And, I was on my walk through Farmers Market. So, I couldn't resist. I'll give it 4 stars because there are other stores with more flavors and toppings.

This was the slooooowest Pinkberry I've ever visited. There were two girls in front of us and three staff members behind the counter. The first girl got helped just fine. Then the second one wanted coconut. But the coconut machine wasn't pouring. One of the guys went to the back to get more mix for the machine, but that didn't help. During this entire fiasco, which took at least fifteen minutes, maybe twenty, no one else tried to help any other customers. We just stood there staring, waiting our turn. It was cold out, and I only wanted a bit of yogurt before heading to the car. Had I known it was going to be a thirty minute ordeal, I would have skipped the experience entirely.

I found it interesting that amist all the Farmer's Market shops, there lies a Pinkberry. Nonetheless, Pinkberry is the OG of froyo. I got a small cup ($4.95) with unlimited toppings. I enjoyed their new milk flavor froyo and the servers were very cheerful and nice. Tip: The almond roca and waffle are a must for toppings!

Great customer service.! Miriam was so nice!! Will definitely come back for her and the great customer service. She put our frozen yogurt in and ice bag to keep it cool until we get home to enjoy. God bless. Thank you Miriam. See you soon. You're on point. There's also 2hr free parking with validation. Way to go pink berry for hiring someone like Miriam
