Ordered 2 hot dogs on a Friday at 1:30pm and there was barely a line! I've been wanting to visit this iconic spot forever.

I got the Shaq Dog and the LA Street Dog. Shaq Dog has chili, nacho, cheese, onion, and 4 (count em) onion rings. LA Street Dog has bacon, jalapenos, bell peppers, ketchup, mayo, onions.

No lie, the hot dogs are pretty expensive for a hot dog, but they are 9 inch stretch dogs and loaded with toppings. It was $22 for two dogs. I'd say they're about the same length as a Costco dog? After 2 hot dogs I felt satisfied, but a little gross. America.

No frills, lean service. Ordering is easy from the counter. The women behind the counter are hard working. Also very cool to see all the celebrity pictures and autographs.

Outdoor seating was plentiful, quiet, and clean. Free water cups to drink too. Clean bathrooms available in the back.

This legendary takeout spot near holiday established itself in the 1950’s and they play up that status with signed celebrity photos and a hall of fame inside their waiting room. The restaurant has an outdoor patio area and parking that plays up to it’s history - which is a lot of fun.

The food is what you would expect - there is a lot of variety. Nothing really gourmet - just a huge variety. Imagine travelling back in time to 1958 and ordering a hot dog here - that is the taste.

Was really looking forward to trying and so disappointed. Got chili dogs and a chili burger. Chili was not very good… thick almost to the point of paste and taste wasn’t that great. The cheese was funky and didn’t melt.

Absolutely loved my first experience at Pinks. Late at night so I just got the chili cheese dog that made this joint so popular. Soon as I finished, I immediately got back in line to try a different one. Opted for the Philly the 2nd time around. The atmosphere is very cool, people are excited to eat and talk to each other about which one they will try next. I will definitely be back for the chili cheese dog. Only rated 4 stars cuz its still just a hot dog but a very good one.

I got extremely sick. I ordered chili dog and hamburger. Woke up at 4am shaking and all I could picture was that chili. Everything tasted fine, 5 days later, stomach is still upset and so am I. Won't be returning.

I'm from Cincinnati, so I hated Pink's chili. The turkey hot dog was good, and hubby liked the turkey burger.

This place is an LA staple. It's mostly busy always. The prices are good. The hotdogs are great! The service is great and pretty fast. Update: My rating still holds true. Went today and got the LAFC Dog, which was delicious. The onion rings were yummy, but a little overcooked. The service was amazing! Yay Pinks!

If you in LA this is a most in all my years I have never tried this place. I was driving down and I. Saw that the line was not long. I jumped out and I had an amazing time. Just even standing in line speaking to A couple that was here from Boston. Shout out to you guys. I hope you guys try to the voodoo donuts next door as well. Well, tell next time and this time there will be the next time. Cause this spot is the spot. The dogs for were amazing. Let's not talk about The Onion rings fire so good. Yes.

Great hot dog place with lots of choices. Memoribila on the walls and really quick and good service.

It was alright. I'm not a hotdog lover, so it wasn't that big of a deal for me. I am from the south, and we don't go out to eat hotdogs. However, I don't eat pork, so it was pleasant to know that their dogs beef or kosher. My friends love it, so if you are a hotdog lover, you will probably enjoy standing in line for them.

Not what it used to be. Very disappointing visit to such an iconic place. The whole thing was bad. Bread, hotdogs, and chili were just below par.
