Fantastic restaurant. They really went all in on Italian from the beverages to the chips to the freaking delicious sandwiches. My boyfriend and I went here after we went to the Griffith Observatory (just a couple blocks walk from the DASH bush stop) and not only is it on a super cute downtown type stretch, (which is very hard to find in LA) but the bread was delicious, the sandwich was delicious and the vibes were delightful. HUGE sandwiches! Big enough for you and a date or a very hungry eater. Authentic tasty sandwiches and a staff that is equally as authentic and courteous. A great eat and must stop sandwich shop!
We came awhile back and were a bit underwhelmed at the lack of toasting on the bread and the light filling.
Being nearby again, I decided to give it another try- I'm glad I did.
The bread was delicious, fresh, and toasty this time. And there was plenty of prosciutto inside, almost too much! We shall return!
