Just got off the phone with Natalie. I was telling her I order from here all the time and the food is good but they never include garlic paste which is my favorite. She told me she’ll add it to my order. She said she doesn’t know why it’s not an option on the app. Apparently I’m not the only one craving it. She was super polite on the phone and helpful. As for the food, if you’ve never tried this place you definitely should. It’s consistently good. It’s flavorful and fresh. I always get the chicken shawarma.

I'm giving two stars only because the food is decent but the service is horrible. I'm a regular at this location, always get at least two plates. Never have I ever received a smile, a greeting, a thank you. Okay I can ignore that, but what I really find annoying is the inconsistency of not offering utensils, giving less than one condiment per plate, I'm getting two plates and getting only one sauce, only because I ask for it. Shouldn't it be one sauce per plate? I like the food but I got tired of the bad service. I'm gonna take a break from pita cafe and maybe find a different place with the same kind of food.

I came to this restaurant because it was recommended to me by a friend, and I ordered the chicken kebab. The rice, hummus, and salad were great; it was just that the chicken needed to be cooked and marinated a bit more because it didn’t really have any flavor.
