The service here is lousy and the pizza tastes horrible and old. Haven't been to a bad pizza hut before until now. Managers please dont allow old pizza to be sold and the lad y worker yesterday afternoon was rude on top of it all.

Pretty BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE at Pizza Hut on Temple Blvd. In Los Angeles, this happened at 3:00 pm on Sunday 05/18/2025. The two ladies in that shift screamed to me. I asked for the supervisor and they didn't want to call him/her. One of them said that I could come back on Monday to speak with him/her. With that kind of Employees Pizza Hut will come down. I was not asking for anything free, I paid my Pizza but they didn't do her job well. Shame on Pizza Hut, very sad

Okay, so I tried supporting Pizza Hut (even after a negative experience at the same Pizza Hut location a few months ago). I ordered pizza and (12) piece bone-in wings inside the store. After waiting approximately 35 minutes for my meal, an employee asked me what I was waiting for? I replied that I was waiting on my meal that I ordered nearly 35 minutes ago and after she looked around at the pizza storage table she began to question her co-worker who apparently told her she put the wrong sauce on my wings. The employee returned to the counter area and began speaking to me (I couldn't hear what she was saying because she didn't speak to me thru the speaker system and wasn't audible. The store employee informed me of the issue and said that she could give me the pizza now while they re-cook my wings and that it'll take (7) minutes for them to be ready. She offered me a small bottled soda for my inconvenience and I put the pizza in my car and waited. I returned back inside the store after (7) minutes and my food wasn't ready still. The employee that initially took my order returned from a break?? and I asked him how much longer before the remainder of my order would take because my pizza was cold by all this time. The store employee looked around the pizza cart area and there was a container of wings that had been sitting there for about 5 minutes and her looked inside the container and gave me the container. I realize that all (3) employees are probably overworked and underpaid and probably doing their best however, I WILL NOT support any place of business that is disorganized where I spend my money at.

P.S. There was also a piece of greenish-color paper inside my wings near the bottom. *I photographed the paper in my wings order. 🤢🤮

I WON'T support Pizza Hut anymore following both of these negative experiences.

You're better off driving the extra few miles to get some pizza hut or go to dominoes. The staff here are horrible and treat customers with zero respect. The big round female employee was going at it with another customer telling her how if she had a man she wouldn't be complaining. How are you going to be rude to a customer and not only that, but also have your attitude gravitate towards my wife and child as if though we had anything to do with why she was arguing with the other customer. Oh let me also add in how she goes why Y_and. At least that's what she put on the receipt. Can't call and complain to the store either because the manager is obviously condoning this type of behavior. Ridiculous how fast food workers cry about 20 bucks an hour yet provide the worst service possible

The pizza was horrible. It was a rush remake, even though I told them I wasn't in a hurry. It was supposed to be a simple pepperoni, but it was inedible. Won't be going back anytime soon.
