Had an issue with an order I placed. I added the wrong number to my online order (which was my fault) so it didn't arrive at first but Robert (manager) went above and beyond to help me. Terrible workers! Since they missed items a lot of times, I double checked if they were all there this time. When I asked if all the items were ready (I had paid for my order online), the worker lied right to my face and said that “everything is ready and in the box,” and removed the order receipt from the box as well. When I got to the car, I checked and found out that not all the items were in the box and went back. They provided the missing item not baked and half uncooked! What a waste! The location is 2542 W.Temple St, Los Angeles CA 90026. The workers need proper training!
