I ordered pizza and wings and as I took a bite into the chicken pizza I found myself pulling out two stands of hair along with the pizza. I’ve contacted customer support about the situation and it has been a week and a half now and all I keep getting is the run around. Hair baked into the pizza is DISGUSTING and DISAPPOINTING.

Ordered a certain type of pizza and was delivered something completely different. I called and was told they didn’t have the type of pizza I asked for and paid. Mind you they had my phone number which they could have told me if I wanted something else. The manager Iban said I would be refunded and guess what never was, in this economy 30 dollars (for a single medium pizza) can go a long way. I have the emails and the lies this Iban person said. Go somewhere else with your hard earned money.

This box special was the worst of food I have had. $7.99 gets you boneless wings the size of a quarter, hard and tasteless.

I called on March 12 2024 at 9:47 and who ever is answering the phone calls to make the other ls was very rude and unprofessional. Just becuse I asked if I have to pay Doordash or pizza hut when he stated they were the ones doing the delivery. If he doesn't have the patience to answer customers questions then this is not a proper job for him.
