Ordered 2 pizzas which cost $50…. The gentleman told me one pizza got stuck to the pan and they would have to remake it. Ok fair enough. They take the new pie out of the oven and the 2 gentleman were struggling to get the pie out of the pan again!!! I asked them if it was ok cause it looked like they were having trouble, they told me it was perfect and they just wanted to make sure it was good. This is what they gave me!!!! Do not use this branch!!! Absolute garbage service and employees…

This is an experience which I faced today. Me and my friend went to the store and looked for a menu, there was none and the person at the register has given a menu(this does not have a price on it). I asked for any deals and the person mention a couple of deals which were not interesting. So me and my friend checked the online menu for pricing and ordered a chicken melt and a veggie pasta . The register operator charged different prices for both of the items. Seems like there is an offer running at that place which the operator knows and he purposefully charged us extra. Upon asking about this he was trying to blame it on us that we did not ask for the offer( we asked for deals in the beginning) so when we asked for refund he dint even care and did not respond properly to our questions. This is a bad customer experience. Not a correct way to treat people. Charging extra money if they are not aware of existing offers.

I ordered a pizza and it came an hour later, about 45 min from the original ETA. The driver called me and told me I put the wrong address. He said I put 1717 S Normandie, 90006, but my location on the map of the updates page shows me at 1717 N Normandie. At the same time, my confirmation email also showed 1717 Normandie Ave, 90027 so not sure how the driver got the wrong address. I called the office to ask for a refund of just the tip amount instead of the whole amount that I paid and the guy said he was unable to help me and that I have to call a different day when the manager is in. I don’t know why there would be a time when the manager is not in should an escalated situation arise. It seemed like he just didn’t want to help me especially since he mentioned that he was ten minutes from closing. To add insult to injury, the pizza was cold upon arrival so I couldn’t even enjoy that. I would never order from this location again.

It's a good service especially when you have EBT the food is actually cheaper than it is if you pay with cash which is actually pretty nice you have to go inside to buy it but that's it with everything with

Twice the store gave the wrong address to DoorDash and I never received my order, 1st time I was like it was a mistake but 2nd time, I will never order from Pizza Hut again, and the employees in that store are so rude and weren’t helpful at all, like my address is attached to my online Pizza Hut account.

I don't know what Pizza Hut did to their recipe, but clearly it has changed for the worse. It now tastes 'cheap' like a bad frozen pizza. There was also very little cheese on the pizza. I used to love them so much, but not anymore. I'll be buying from local independent places from now on.

Destiny is a terrible employee. Canceled my order because I was annoyed that my pizza was being delayed 40 mins. Yes I was annoyed my dinner was late I think that understandable. Then she pushed the blame on me cause of a contactless delivery issue. Saying “it’s not my problem” Didn’t even say the order was canceled. I had to go there to find out. Great place terrible employee.
