I used to love this place. But ever since they got rid of their own drivers this place has gone downhill. The costumer service is horrible with the two young ladies that always close. So rude. No customer service skills. The food itself was horrendous and inedible. Burnt pizza, burnt sticks, terrible overall. Take your business elsewhere.

Disgusting the delivery driver came with his toes out and no socks while it’s raining out my bill was $36. I told the person that I ordered with I had a $50 bill and the driver still try to take the 50 and say thank you without me saying the rest is for you or anything he assumed then he was like I don’t have any change. Oh well and took the food back.SCAM GET CHEECH’S PIZZA

The cashier every time we go here that young lady needs to smile. All throughout her service to us from 3:50 till 4 pm she is grouchy, young but seems not designed to be cashier. She needs to be trained to be welcoming no wonder Pizza hut popularity went down hill for a worker like her. Just after the salary bot because of service. Young lady work with your heart it’s fulfilling.

there is no service, the employees are busy with their own business, they have no time for visitors. They cannot give the order on time and do not know when it will be ready. Avoid this place so as not to waste time.

This place deserves less than 1 star . Zero if possible. Needed to pick up 3 pizzas at there opening time, carry out , I get a call back saying they don’t have enough for 3 pizzas only 2 large , or they could give us an extra medium . When I payed for 3 large? In what world does that seem fair? Unacceptable management. Absolutely ridiculous, whoever the general manager is should be looked into , I’ve been a general manager for close to 10 years and have never , NEVER experienced this kind of gross negligence , how does a pizza spot only have enough for 2 pizzas, to make matters worse , AT OPENING TIME? do you guys normally start your days with no product to sell? What are they doing? Had a chat with corporate so I expect someone is getting fired soon, it all starts with the GM , and shift execution. Absolutely disgusting , the manager on duty really tried to under compensate us for THEIR screw up. As a food service manager you over compensate your customers when YOU have messed up on your end , you don’t try to get a 1 up on them. I now understand why this specific location is always empty. Absolutely horrendous transaction and even worse customer service. Do not visit this laughing stock of a location, go the extra minutes and head to the normandie western one. You’ll be glad you did.

I'm so disappointed about pizza hut restaurant, because I got scammed with $30 dollars I ordered a pizza and deliverer driver went to put my order in different place saying that I give them the wrong address which not true and the restaurant never tried to fix the issues covering the driver behavior about the order that why I like to order online because never no if they scanning you.

Ordered 2 pizzas which cost $50…. The gentleman told me one pizza got stuck to the pan and they would have to remake it. Ok fair enough. They take the new pie out of the oven and the 2 gentleman were struggling to get the pie out of the pan again!!! I asked them if it was ok cause it looked like they were having trouble, they told me it was perfect and they just wanted to make sure it was good. This is what they gave me!!!! Do not use this branch!!! Absolute garbage service and employees…

This is an experience which I faced today. Me and my friend went to the store and looked for a menu, there was none and the person at the register has given a menu(this does not have a price on it). I asked for any deals and the person mention a couple of deals which were not interesting. So me and my friend checked the online menu for pricing and ordered a chicken melt and a veggie pasta . The register operator charged different prices for both of the items. Seems like there is an offer running at that place which the operator knows and he purposefully charged us extra. Upon asking about this he was trying to blame it on us that we did not ask for the offer( we asked for deals in the beginning) so when we asked for refund he dint even care and did not respond properly to our questions. This is a bad customer experience. Not a correct way to treat people. Charging extra money if they are not aware of existing offers.
