I don't know what Pizza Hut did to their recipe, but clearly it has changed for the worse. It now tastes 'cheap' like a bad frozen pizza. There was also very little cheese on the pizza. I used to love them so much, but not anymore. I'll be buying from local independent places from now on.

Destiny is a terrible employee. Canceled my order because I was annoyed that my pizza was being delayed 40 mins. Yes I was annoyed my dinner was late I think that understandable. Then she pushed the blame on me cause of a contactless delivery issue. Saying “it’s not my problem” Didn’t even say the order was canceled. I had to go there to find out. Great place terrible employee.

07/28/23 I called around 11:00 p.m . This story is good I promise ! Sooo I informed them that I had a missing item and Post-mates was not getting back to me bc usually they refund you right away. I only got a confirmation notice from them , meaning they prob lanky won't get back to me. That has happened to me before.So I call the Pizza Hut location and they transfer me to the "manager". Manager keeps being dismissive telling me I need to contact Postmates and he can't help me. I ask if my pizza is there in the store bc it's not in my bag. He tells me he has no clue what my order even was . And that he can't even look up the receipt ?? HUH then He hangs up on me while I'm speaking . I call back again and ask if I can go pick up the pizza myself ? He said "fine I guess I can do that for you " and then I tell him how come you rudely clicked on me and didn't offer that in the first place ? He gets mad again and He tells me he doesn't even need to do that at all..... I tell him then why agree to it if he shouldn't ? Then he clicks on me speaking again! I call back asking to speak to someone above him , he tells me "oh goodluck finding that out and "clicks" !!! Then I call another location to verify if he is sounding out of line or am If I'm the wrong . The other store manager tell me he is completely out of line ! Even thought he admits he can rlly refund himself either but he kindly gives me the costumer service line. This guys was super understanding. So I will be calling their line tomorrow. Lol this had my heart beating so fast. Do not go here that guy sounds so psychotic as if he might be even poisoning peoples food . I didn't even wanna eat after all of that !

horrible location…. same day same location same exact order was charged $12 more then the first time i walked in! i couldnt believe and when i let them know they literally had no reason as to why…. your better off going anywhere but here

Pizza Hut, has really stepped up their Traditional Wings! They are bigger and cooked just right. I would definitely, go back there again, if in the area.

Ordered $40 worth of pizza delivery from this Pizza Hut on Santa Monica and vermont, and they don’t include one napkin. Bad enough that you have to pay extra for cheese and pepper packets but no napkins? Cmon. Then the supervisor says it’s an inventory issue. Hey Pizza Hut !!!do better!!!

This Pizza Hut could not deliver the order to my apartment door. Made my come down and outside the building to pickup my order after I tipped them 18% ($8.91). Also this location forgot to deliver my Wings. A $10 value. Terribly managed location. I will not order from here again. They’ve lost my business as a customer.
